From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Mia at the front desk was especially exceptional at her job. I experienced an issue with the bathtub in my original room, and she immediately took action without hesitation to switch my room so I would not be inconvenienced. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made a stressful situation effortless. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt taken care of. It is clear this property values hospitality and customer experience. Overall, this was an amazing stay with an outstanding team, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston Galleria area.

- MTM TwangMay 7, 20265.0It’s very comfortable and clean. Beds are nice and supportive but also soft. It is right next to a VERY LARGE interstate highway, so my room continuously had car noise. I found it actually hypnotic in the early morning but I did put on background music to fall asleep. Staff are friendly. Fitness room is well equipped. Breakfast is not complimentary and their complimentary morning coffee bar is very skimpy - decaf, tea, and dairy substitutes would be really nice!
