  Older property but clean. The staff made up for it. Felt very welcomed and accommodated. Great location near everything and close to major thuroughfares. The bed was so comfortable. I had no problems at this property. My area was quiet and peaceful but other people mentioned some bad behaviors in other parts of the building. I never witnessed it or heard anything. Grateful. My only complaint is the old, dated, and chipped furniture and cabinets.

  Usually I stay in 4–5-star hotels but this night (5/18/2026) my husband and I had been travelling, and we wanted to stop and shower and rest up a little before we continued our travels. I let my husband pick the place and he chose this location. Here is my review of this place and its employees. 1. First off, we were in a rough part of Westheimer but since he paid ahead of time I did not want to make him feel bad..lol. 2. We arrived around 8:50-9:00pm so the chick that was working the counter during that time checked us in. She alerted my husband that there will be a 100 deposit, he wasn't aware but that's ok its tucked off on the website. He did not feel comfortable giving a debit card for the deposit, so he offered cash(that probably wasn't the best either, but we gave her 100.00 cash deposit). She did not explain anything about the deposit except we would get it back once the room was expected at check out. 3. So, we stayed for about 2.5 hours checking out about 11pm or so at this time shift change and this is where the problem arises. So, the new chick had an attitude off rip, again we only stayed long enough to rest a bit and shower before we proceeded with the rest of our road trip. 4. In the mist of checking us out she stops to try to help a whole new customer, in which time I say are we done checking out and she said oh no and proceeded to finish with us. She then asked if we could come back in the morning to pick up our cash deposit. My husband said absolutely not, and she had a nasty attitude. My husband told her not to get an attitude and to kindly get us our deposit. She got on the phone to call someone and after having us wait she came back with 100 dollars in 5-dollar bills. Where did the 100 go if she got it out the register? We think the first girl took it, but I don't know. 5. After we got our money, I told her to give me the receipt and to have better customer service. No need to be rude especially in the neighborhood she works in. Needless to say, we will never be back. 6. The room was mid; the curtain would not close and only had a sheer piece. So, people walking by could see in if they wanted to. Then a part of the curtain was hanging off, I took a photo of that. The floor felt gross, so we kept house shoes on. We brought our own towels because who knows if those towels are really clean. 7. Remember you get what you pay for.

  The room smells musty and wet...kind of like stagnant air mixed with moisture, despite the A/C unit being on. The chair has seen better days as it is shredding its faux leather. Some of the blinds are missing so we had to use paper towels and bathroom towels to cover up the exposed window for privacy reasons. The worst part is the black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The rooms are cheap, so you get what you pay for! I gave 2 stars because the staff is nice, lobby is clean, and convenient location.
