  This location was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very quiet and all pet friendly.

  Employee was nice at check in, I was checking in at 430pm, however it took 3 rooms before I had a room. 1st room on main floor had not been cleaned since the previous guest checked out, trash every where, room key was still on counter top, bed not made etc. 2nd room was on 3rd floor had a very loud squealing noise, after looking around it was coming from toilet, so I flushed it and jiggled the handle to see if it would stop. The sound hurt my ears it was so high pitched. Non of the above made it stop so I went back to the front desk and asked for a 3rd room, this room was on second floor. It was ok enough to stay in, however curtain would not close all the way, dead cockroach in front of TV on the floor, dead worm looking thing coming out of vent in bathroom and the next morning I discovered no hot water for my shower. Shower was barely luke warm. I am not a complainer so I just dealt with it. I was there for 4 nights. 2nd day I turned shower on and ran it for 15 mins hoping it would get hot, it was still luke warm. 3rd day it was alittle hotter, 4th and 5th day was back to barely luke warm. On the 3rd day I stopped at front desk to ask for clean towels and was told to get towels I would need to bring down dirty towels. Interesting because card on bathroom mirror just states rooms are cleaned 1x a week and if you need clean linens or towels just ask at front desk. Says nothing about bringing dirty towels. The hotel was quiet and the drive to MD Anderson was easy. But I would not recommend this hotel, unfortunately.

  While the hotel wasn’t the nicest with all the perks, one thing will keep me coming back: Kevin. He was on the late night shift, and when I had lost my reservation at a nearby hotel (Sunday, July 26 at 2:00a), he did everything he could to help me quickly into a room. He was understanding and helpful, and did all he could to make a difficult situation better. Hopefully this will be seen by someone who can properly give Kevin the acknowledgment for his hard work he truly deserves. If you are in front of Kevin, he will make your night better. Thank you!

  Older property but clean. The staff made up for it. Felt very welcomed and accommodated. Great location near everything and close to major thuroughfares. The bed was so comfortable. I had no problems at this property. My area was quiet and peaceful but other people mentioned some bad behaviors in other parts of the building. I never witnessed it or heard anything. Grateful. My only complaint is the old, dated, and chipped furniture and cabinets.
