  Hello, I have stayed at this property twice while relocating for work, and the primary reason I continue to return is Tiffany. She consistently provides outstanding customer service and professionalism, even in very challenging situations. The property itself isn't a luxury hotel like the Conrad, but it's certainly not a Motel 6 either. With a thorough deep cleaning and some additional attention from IHG or the property owner, I believe the hotel's overall appearance and guest experience would improve significantly. One concern is the number of homeless individuals who tend to gather outside the property. During my stays, I personally witnessed Tiffany calmly and professionally handle aggressive homeless individuals, as well as guests who were yelling at her. She remained composed and respectful throughout every interaction, which speaks volumes about her character and work ethic. I'm not sure if Tiffany Badavi is the manager, but if she isn't, she absolutely deserves opportunities for advancement. Employees with her professionalism, dedication, and ability to handle difficult situations are invaluable. She is the reason I feel comfortable returning to this property, and I believe she has a very bright future with the company.

  Roach infested don't stay here at all. I contacted IHG and the property manager to no avail. Roaches crawl on you while you're sleeping and all over the bathroom walls, towels don't eat in the room they come out it's infested with roaches

  We are enjoying our stay here its very quiet and the staff personally are very nice and friendly when we come to Houston for my wife's appointment this is where we stay it's convenient and easy to get to her appointments

  I am medical patient. I tried to extend my room for one day and was told no that it was already booked for the day I checked out. So they booked me a smaller room. To check out of my room on Wednesday and check back in Wednesday afternoon to check out Thursday. Once I found out I was going to have Surgery on Wednesday (thats was Tuesday at midday)I found out. I notified the front desk lady. Which very rude!!! And said I could not get a refund of my hundred dollars that I had paid up front. That I didn't give a 24 to 48 hour notice. So it would look like a no show and they can rent the room out again and the money I paid would just go to the hotel. Do better. Especially for those who travel to MD Anderson. We have enough worry and expense. A dr owners this hotel and 2 others. Your front desk staff is very rude. Your driver is nice..

  Room smells like mold and mildew. I booked a room for two nights and have to checked out after the first night. They still charged me for two nights even though record shown I checked in another hotel on the second night. Update - I did informed the front desk that morning that I was checking out early and the guy who was working at the front desk that day said that he will take care of it, I shouldn't not trust your employee and should get a receipt
