I give these guys a five-star for service because I did have an issue that I went to the desk for and they were the most accommodating Hotel I've ever stayed at. They fixed my issue with zero questions.

The room was good and very clean, but there were not enough towels in the bathroom, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for more.
The biggest issue was the breakfast. I paid almost $300 for my stay(only 1 night), and I was charged $80 for breakfast for three people. However, they only provided two breakfast vouchers, so I had to pay for the additional breakfast myself.
The breakfast is advertised at around $11.99, plus about $4 for a beverage, so I really don’t understand how I was charged $80 for three people. The breakfast was also very limited and disappointing for the price.
I expected much better, especially considering the amount I paid. I would appreciate an explanation for the $80 breakfast charge.
Although renovated, it smelled musty. The Wi-Fi was terrible; a 56k modem would have been faster. A coffee station in the lobby or lounge would have been great. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The price-performance ratio is unacceptable. While it's within walking distance of the trade fair grounds and the Toyota Stadium, even that doesn't justify the price. The TV in the room couldn't even receive the usual streaming services.
My sweet husband gifted me this room so I could stay overnight after seeing a Tame Impala concert at the Toyota Center. He didn’t know the area well and assumed that due to this hotels proximity to the Toyota Center, that it would be nice. Maybe this location USED to be nice. I switched from my first room to a new room, because it was humid (not hot, humid - the entire hallway on the lower floor was very warm), and the second room smelled like a locker room. For over $200.00+, I would have expected much better. They don’t have any other rooms available. The lampshade has a mystery stain on it, and the last room’s AC was literally propped up on a piece of wood. Ts makes me feel like I’m staying at a motel in the ghetto. Highly do not recommend. There was also tons of roadblocks around the hotel, and minimal parking at the front, which made it very difficult to park behind the hotel without going all the way around. Front clerk was nice.
