A good hotel; our room was spacious and equipped with a large TV, a microwave, and a hairdryer. The bed linen was spotless and crisp—something that really impressed me. The location is excellent, just five minutes from downtown. Breakfast was good, and the receptionist was very sweet. Everything was simply wonderful! We came for the World Cup and managed to book a room at a reasonable price at the last minute.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. We stayed one night while visiting a family member in the hospital and chose this hotel because of its positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like what we expected. The room looked clean, but the air conditioner was broken and could not cool the room. It also made a loud noise all night. Maintenance confirmed it was broken, yet we were told there were no other rooms available. Between the hot room, uncomfortable beds, and paper-thin walls, no one in my family got any sleep. We could hear conversations, footsteps, and noise from neighboring rooms and other floors throughout the night. To make matters worse, manager Keanna later claimed they she called and left a voicemail, which never happened. There was no missed call and no message. It definitely was a lie. Read all the reviews on google. The ones that are good are not even close to being correct!! If sleep and comfort are important to you, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. We left exhausted and extremely disappointed. By no means did they care to make things better for us. The worst hotel stay ever!!

Great rooms. Clean beds. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang clothes. Room has a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Got a room with double beds and it also has a small love seat space. Would recommend

The person working the front desk at night is constantly on his phone. At around 2am on June 2, 2026, our 5 month old baby spat up on the bed and we requested the front desk to send a new comforter. He refused and said that there was no comforter. When we asked if we could get a new blanket, he said he would but only delivered a bedsheet. We ended up packing everything up and leaving early because our infant could not sleep in a soiled bed. I don’t think this gentleman understands what it’s like to be a parent and how hard it is to travel in the middle of the night with an infant. We had to stay at a hotel because our home AC broke down and we didn’t want the baby to suffer, so we picked a hotel close to home and had good ratings. However, the actual hotel stay turned out to be quite unpleasant and our baby still suffered.

On the second day of our 3-night stay, there was a major leak coming from the AC unit that led to severe puddling, which ruined a brand-new air mattress I had out. The situation was not taken seriously at first, despite water damage being evident for an extended period of time. At first, management told us that someone would come fix the unit hours later, as no room was available in the hotel. 1 hour later, management supposedly found us a replacement room while we were waiting in the inhospitable room conditions. Overall, the location is fine, but management conducts the business in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Would not recommend staying here at all.
