    Should be named Worst Western instead. Poorly managed property. Would not stay again. We arrived at 4 PM (check-in from 2 PM) and cleaners were still in our room, so we were reassigned. The new room's toilet wouldn't flush properly and eventually clogged. When we reported it that night, we were told no maintenance staff was on site. The front desk offered another room and handed us the keys, then came back minutes later to say that room was actually occupied — we could have walked in on another guest. We asked for a different room and were told the hotel was full, so we spent the night with an inoperable bathroom and had to use the lobby restroom. Around 6 AM we were told another room was available, and it appeared to have been free all along — the night staff seemed to have no visibility into actual room availability. The room had a musty smell, especially the bathroom, and breakfast was minimal and barely edible apart from the waffles.

    The hotel is newer and clean! The cleaning staff always makes sure to stop by everyday to ask if we need cleaning or anything refreshed. The manager Keanna is so pleasant, kind, and smart( she helped figure out a deposit issue we had with tap to pay) and is always willing to help! This hotel better keep Keanna around! Location isn’t too far from Downtown Houston.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and the beddings were extremely clean and the service was amazing. I will be returning to this hotel.

    Great stay. I love the way the staff greets you and are very helpful. The room looks amazing 😻 and the beds are very clean and comfortable. We slept like babies. I had a power outage and it was my son’s birthday yesterday and a friend put us up in this miraculously clean room and I have no complaints. Breakfast was delicious. I will be back. 💜🙏🏾😍🥓🙏🏾🙌🏼❤️🧇
