- CMCrystal MonaghanJun 30, 20263.0Rooms are spacious and clean. Service was polite and professional. The elevator is broken and the hallways are hot. The side door lock will not allow re-entry. No benches or chairs or sitting area outside. Pool is closed and guest laundry is not working.

After being on the road for over 16hours and finding no availability in the previous few towns, I called your location to check for a room. The receptionist, [Sham 06/11/26 PM ], informed me that there was one room available but the tv wasn’t working. I explained that I was unable to book online and that I was only 20 minutes away. He explicitly told me that he would hold the room for me. However, when I arrived 20 minutes later, I was told the room had been given to someone else. This is completely unprofessional, especially after I was given a verbal guarantee that the room would be held. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation occurred and what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other guests in the future.
