    Very rude employee behind desk I broke down on the way and wasn’t gonna make my reservation and called them maybe would wave my room charger due to unfortunate circumstances . Was told by lady that it wasn’t her problem and they were losing customers so they needed the money. People like that shouldn’t be working with customers .

    I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a very upsetting experience. I got bed bugs. The room itself looked clean at first glance but ended up with bites all over my body. I hope management addresses this promptly, professionally, and thoroughly so that no future guest has to deal with the same problem. Until then, I unfortunately cannot recommend this property.

    The room was not completely clean. There was an open coke can near the coffee maker, a candy rap on the bathroom floor. I thought I had walked into someone else's room. After I got settled in and in bed, I felt something crawling up my shoulder, it was a German roach! I reported the incident not the next day because no one was at the front office. When I did report it to the lady in the office, she said they don't have a roach problem and I mistook it for a waterbug. Really? I know what roaches look like and it was not a waterbug. I'm very disappointed at the service of personnel. Not customer friendly at all. It felt more like a ghost hotel. Unpleasant experience.
