  Staff was rude, room smelled like mildew, toilet seat was broken to the point that you had to very carefully sit or you would fall off. Shower had mold on the ceiling and our in room phone wouldn't work. Breakfast was bad even for a hotel and when I called to tell them the room next to us was literally screaming at each other at 1am they had a very "¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ok and?" attitude. Would have been better sleep in a van down by the river

  I reserved the Jacuzzi tub suite. Once I unpacked and went to relax in a bath I turned the jets on and all these little flaky things start coming out in my water. I thought okay maybe it needed rinsed. I drained it and wiped it down and ran it again. As soon as I turn the jets on again same problem. Completely disgusting. The flakes looked like floating poop. I don't know what it was. Very gross.

  I was working in the area and had booked for 2 nights. I had an emergency call from my wife that my 87 year old mother had fallen and blood pressure was 66 over 29 and was being taken to the ER. I called the hotel about 2pm, most hotels give you until 1 or 2 for a late check out, so that I could cancel my second night. I was informed by the front desk clerk that they had to charge me for the second night per the GM Patricia Abrams. I will never do business with this location again. Very heartless of this location. I would not recommend staying there.

  Lots of construction around here and some inside. Traversing in & out is very specific. Only 1 elevator, so checkout/in has a wait. Room a/c was great which makes sleeping good. Room in need of some polish. Ice machine on 2nd & 3rd floors broken. Not one on 4th floor & there's no vending machines on floors. Soooo, now you know.

  Rooms were okay. Coworkers felt warm in their rooms even with AC blowing. Some areas of the rooms (bathrooms) could use some work/repairs. Service was friendly and much appreciated. Great spot for the inn, lots of choices nearby. Loved the breakfast.
