    Ruhig gelegen und gut zu erreichen. Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Leider war sowohl der Kühlschrank als auch die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer sehr laut und das Fenster konnte nicht für frische Luft geöffnet werden. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Auswahl war relativ überschaubar.

    Only cause the amazingly talented and beautiful woman that works overnight let me make it when my card wasn’t working and I didn’t have the papers on my “service dog”

    In the Hollywood suites with jacuzzi in the the room me and my brother been coming here a lot but in the Hollywood suites the couch that opens up as a bedits been broke every time we come have to bring my air mattress have reported it keeps saying the same thing they don't have money to replace it I am paying for this room everything needs to be working

    The hotel is pleasant in it’s appearance when you pull up. The lobby is clean and the staff was welcoming. However, there was only one employee to meet the needs of several people at the counter at the same time. This challenged the employee to be as pleasant as she might have otherwise been. A significant problem is that the door latches on guest rooms throughout the facility evidently are difficult to operate. Ours was actually loose in its installation. We were told by a maintenance employee that all the latches are to be replaced sometime this year. We had to make two trips back to the front desk and change our room before another guest who stays here frequently finally showed us how to operate the door latch. A hotel maintenance employee showed up to help us after we were already through the door. On the positive side, our room was clean with basic amenities available. The beds and pillows were comfortable, coffee decent, water adequately warm in the shower.
