  Awful. Worst hotel ive been in. Staff is impatient, rude, and undertrained. Bathroom either had shampoo or conditioner, never both. Management seems mostly absent and unhelpful. Save your money, a cheap motel would be better

  Very rude I try to call and make a reservation and the lady was very rude on the phone I'm glad I didn't waste my money there

  DO NOT stay here if you work overnights. I’ve asked multiple times to have housekeeping come at the earliest time for the routine cleanings that are supposed to be every 3 days. It has not been honored nor any efforts were made to try and work with the overnight schedule either. It’s as if me asking politely just keeps getting passed over. Getting off at 7am and being forced to wake up everyday by the constant banging and tapping by housekeeping anywhere from 11-2pm is so frustrating. Then getting hit by housekeeping and woken back up by maintenance not even an hour later…. This hotel is not accommodating at all for overnights. They genuinely do not care even when you discuss your schedule to try and abide by their rules. The dryers and washers aren’t great at all either so save your $5 and just go elsewhere to wash. They take quarters only so be sure to have them as well. Everything is outdated and the room keys half work on the doors. The draining system is also terrible in the room as the tub and sink both will fill up and drain super slow.

  I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last 10-15 years and have never had a bad experience. I recently stayed at another local hotel for location convenience (unnamed because staff was wonderful, room was clean, but other hotel guests were very noisy!) I regretted changing my usual routine for my trips to Greenville and switched back to Best Western Plus Monica Royale for my remaining 2 nights in Greenville. It is very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is great and the staff is always friendly and professional. The hotel is also very convenient to Wal-Mart, several restaurants and Interstate 30 access.
