  The employees are awesome and so very kind and helpful - especially the young guy they have running the magic merlin ride. Otherwise this would’ve been a 1 star experience. They charge extra for a 10am entry yet weren’t ready to let people in at 10am. You have to pay full price for two year olds even though they can’t do much of anything. There is one duplo section for them with large lego type blocks that don’t really fit together and a single slide. They only have one ride open at a time, and we were lucky enough to ride the kingdom ride once when it first opened just after 11 before it then needed to be closed down immediately for 20 minutes to be “reset” due to a weight imbalance. There really isn’t much to do for how expensive it is for any age. Wish I’d spent the $140 on building bricks to play with at home instead of coming here. Go to Sea Life / Peppa Pig in Grapevine instead, or bring a bag of legos to a park and have just as much fun for free.

  LEGOLAND® Discovery Center is definitely a must-go attraction! After spending 14 years in the DFW area and 9 years in Coppell, I can honestly say this is a great pick for families, kids, and LEGO fans. The customer service was great, and the overall experience made it worth visiting. There are so many fun LEGO-themed activities to explore, creative displays to admire, and opportunities to enjoy quality time with family and friends. And yes, LEGOLAND Discovery Center does have rides! You can enjoy attractions such as Kingdom Quest, an interactive ride, and Merlin's Apprentice, where you pedal to rise into the air. There are also LEGO building areas, themed experiences, and a miniature LEGO version of the DFW area to explore. What makes this place special is that it offers more than just looking at LEGO creations. You can participate in activities, explore different themed areas, and enjoy an indoor attraction that's especially great for younger visitors. Whether you're a longtime LEGO fan or simply looking for something fun to do, this is a place worth checking out. It's a great option for families looking for an entertaining indoor activity. Overall, I had a great impression of this attraction. Between the friendly service, LEGO-themed experiences, and fun activities, it's easy to see why families would enjoy spending time here. My recommendation: MUST GO! If you haven't visited yet, consider adding LEGOLAND Discovery Center to your list!

  I just want to give a special shout out to THAD, Master Builder! He made our visit super special and the kids had a great time building a roller coaster with him! We really appreciated you being so friendly and comforting with our special needs daughters!

  We went for Homeschool Week, bought tickets in advance, and since a few people from our party couldnt make it, we were reimbursed for tickets and activity packs we knew weren't going to be used. Just make sure to speak up! There was something for every age group, a jungle gym for the littlest ones, building tables around every turn for every theme, a jungle gym for bigger kids to get lost in for a beat - there is only one exit and entrance for it, so no worries that you will lose them! ♡♡♡ There are cars for the kids to drive through a mock Lego town - look for the blue bonnets ya'll, they are there too! Separately, if you are into art, there are some pretty impressive /fun pieces throughout for you too!! A few of the exhibits/rides were not working, however they let us know about each when we arrived to taper our expectations. There were 2 exhibits closed, by the time we left, there were 3 closed due to technical issues. If everything was open, I bet it would have been a better experience for our visit. I'm rating 4 out of 5 due to the lack of functionality of the exhibits. My kids would have appreciated the 4D experience, The King Quest, and the Virtual Reality had it been working. The staff was very helpful during our visit, even checking in with us later on during our visit. The activity pack helped us make sure we saw everything, the prize for getting every stamp was a poster and headband for us.

  Great experience for the kiddo. Three things though, Number 1 the pirate cove exhibition was shut down but there was no notification online or in person when we checked in. We literally didn't find out until after we're inside and walked around to see the closed sign. Number 2, the "Pass" is nowhere near the money's worth from what my experience shown. Maybe 5 minutes of running around each exhibition to stamp the pass for a poster at the end. Number 3, it wasn't until we were leaving that I noticed kids coming out with a free poke ball puzzle. I asked the receptionist about it and she apologized and lead us back around to where we checked in and showed us the station to build them. Only to watch her argue with the other employee who was trying to hide them for themselves and admitted they had just waved us by earlier. My daughter blast but a few lazy employees almost made my side of it a little frustrating. The younger blonde at the store side was amazingly helpful and she stood up for us, I just wish they had talked to them separately instead of getting into an argument in front of my daughter. This is a really great place for kids and she had a lot of fun.
