    This hotel was a lifesaver for our group of 7 who got stranded at DFW because of a flight cancellation due to weather. Upon arrival, Melissa checked us in quickly and made arrangements for our airport shuttle the next morning, and Cindy, our shuttle driver got us to the airport and provided good advice as to which TSA checkpoint was best.

    Book for 2 weekend nights, 1st night we were so exhausted to care but the 2nd day we noticed the TV was very pixlelated and constantly shutting off. I went to ask for a new 1 never got it. Other than that our room was located perfectly from the exit and near the lobby. Very quiet.

    Great spot with lots it offers. Breakfast was decent, pool was clean, ice machines worked and they had laundry which was great while traveling for work. Beds were comfy and rooms were quiet. Staff was very helpful during the stay.

    The shuttle picked me up at the airport and then took me to where I needed to go the next day. Great service! Complimentary hot breakfast is typical with 2 styles of eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. Some new drapes for this room on the ground floor would be nice, providing privacy from the cars right outside your window.

    The beds were incredibly soft, and the pillows were just right—super comfortable overall. The blankets were phenomenal, and the shower stayed nice and warm, which made for a relaxing stay. The only downside was some strange scratching and movement noises coming from the wall during the night. It honestly sounded like either an animal in the walls or maybe a pet in the next room. It woke me up twice, and at one point I even knocked on the wall just to get it to stop for a bit. As I am typing this I am listening to the wall animal. I came back to update the noises became louder and more annoying so we left. I tried knocking on the walls to get the thing to stop but nothing changed. It sounds like they have a severe infestation of some kind, I have never in my life heard so much scratching and chewing coming from inside a wall. Aside from the mysterious wall noise, everything else about the stay was fantastic.
