  Stay away from this place unless you want your vehicle to be broken in. This place has no cameras for the safety of the parking lot. The location isn't safe at all since this place ALWAYS have so many break ins according to the staff and the locals who work near the area. The staff is super nice and the rooms are decent. The rooms get humid easily. Overall I wouldnt recommend due to the safety.

  Brief Review: Hotel is clean, Elevators take a really long time, Staff is nice but can only do so much to fix any issues at hand. The hotel manger itself takes extremely long to deal with a situation which shows the lack of care of customer service - I had to escalate my concerns to IHG Service itself. Non working remotes in the room, No working Safe, Not able to switch rooms. This hotel isn't the worse hotel I've stayed in by far but the customer services was very disappointing to say the least. Area by far the best part of this hotel itself.

  Room was clean, fresh, and nicely decorated. House keeping did a good job. No bugs. Appliances were clean and ready to go. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is actually very very good! The woman who runs that area refreshes everything consistently so everything was fresh and delicious! Felt safe and secure! The literal on thing is that the elevator was a tiny bit scary as it seemed to try to go down before the doors closed, a few times. Other than that, everything was perfect and I will be bringing my family back here!

  Great hotel and service. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast options were plentiful, lots of packaged muffins and danishes, yogurts, etc.
