  From the moment we walked in it smelled really good and very clean.. service was great room was very clean and it smelled great .. location its great to get to 360/20/30/183/161 freeways .. breakfast its decent can’t complain about complementary breakfast.. i saw some reviews about people saying eggs were watery😂 there’s an ihop across the street fyi🫡

  This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would never stay here again. We booked the hotel around 9 PM at the front desk and specifically requested a king-size bed. We went out to get food and came back to the hotel late. When we checked the room, we were shocked to see that although the bed frame was king-size, the mattress was only queen-size. The mattress did not properly fill the king-size frame, and we could barely fit comfortably on the bed. The room was also extremely noisy. We could clearly hear people walking around on the floor above us, which kept disturbing our sleep throughout the night. We could even hear a lot of traffic and outside noise from the road. After a long day, we just wanted a comfortable and peaceful night’s sleep, but unfortunately, that was not possible. The room did not provide what we had booked, and the excessive noise made the experience even worse. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, and I definitely will not be staying here again.

  I originally booked a stay for the BTS concert in advance after seeing the review score on google maps. I’m a Best Western member and have been for years, and feel the rating for this hotel does not match the quality of our stay at all. We did have check in issues, booking issues and when modifying an existing reservation prior to arrival - the website actually made an entirely new reservation. My main complaint is the price gouging for the BTS concert. Saturday night cost being over $600!!! We did not sleep well after driving 7 hours to get to the hotel to find they had tried to run my card for payment without my permission and cancelled all my reservations due to my card not processing. ***I did not consent my card to be used prior to arrival at all! *** The kind young man at the front desk had a room that suited our needs and we booked for one night, which was still well over the price I had booked online for. We should have just went somewhere else but it is what it is. Watered down hair conditioner is not acceptable and 12 x 12 “pillow” is half the size of a regular bed pillow is not normal. All items in the “market” at front desk in freezer were freezer burnt, but we got water that we desperately needed. And the pool was closed. We could not win to save our lives here.

  I only ended up here after American Airlines delayed all of my flights but the complimentary room that I got was amazing. The staff is also very friendly and understanding so props to them for that.

  Awesome hotel , price was great, breakfast was amazing and was only 2 miles from everything my wife and kids wanted to do while we were on vacation, the best customer service I have ever had at any hotel literally went above and beyond,
