  Reliable chain hotel. Clean rooms, hot water, nice bed. AC worked well even in heat wave. Friendly staff.

  No problems with facilities. Staff went extra mile. Offering to retrieve ice and exchanged my card key when it malfunctioned saving me a trip to the front desk.

  I was extremely disappointed with our stay at the Holiday Inn in Graham, Texas. When we pulled out the sofa bed, we discovered the mattress had a large urine stain on it. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. We immediately notified the front desk, but the manager was not very helpful in resolving the situation. The only options offered were to cover the stained mattress with clean sheets, which does not make it hygienic, or to pack up and move to another hotel at 11:00 p.m. after we had already gotten settled. Neither was a reasonable solution. I expected much better cleanliness and customer service from a Holiday Inn. I hope management takes this issue seriously, improves housekeeping standards, and handles guest concerns with more care in the future.

  I stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Graham, Texas frequently, and it's disappointing to see that despite being fully booked almost every night, very little appears to be reinvested into the property. A recent power outage highlighted some major shortcomings. When the hotel lost power, there was no backup generator available for guest rooms. The room was completely dark, forcing me to use the flashlight on my phone just to get around and take a shower. Even worse, there was no hot water, so I had to settle for a lukewarm shower in near-total darkness. Beyond that incident, the hotel is clearly showing its age. The rooms are overdue for updates and renovations, and the overall condition of the property leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering the nightly rates. For a hotel that seems to maintain high occupancy year-round, guests would reasonably expect to see some of that success reflected in the upkeep and modernization of the facility. The staff has always been courteous, but the property itself needs significant investment. Until improvements are made, it's difficult to justify the cost compared to the experience being offered.

  We are from Colorado and stood at this hotel for our son’s baseball tournament. A few nights into our stay there was a severe storm. While we were sleeping on the 3rd floor the ceiling starting leaking rain into our bed. Not just a little rain but enough to soak the bed. We were moved to a new room (which was smaller). We are a family of 5 with adult children. When we get to the new room it stinks like food and the sink in the bathroom was plugged. In the middle of moving rooms the power goes out and we have to lug all our stuff through the stairs at 3 AM. We were told that night we would be reimbursed for our stay. The next day I talked to the front desk and they only deducted 1 night off of our bill. We were there for 4 nights. It was a miserable experience. On top of that the pool was out half the time. I DO NOT recommend take your family somewhere else.
