After couple days, they no longer had coffee in the lobby at 6:00pm. They stated they don’t do that, even though they did for first 2 days.never stayed an another hotel where coffee wasn’t available. Shower is Luke warm at best. I spent over half my life in hotels everywhere and can say this place doesn’t care about their customers. Who are they to decided to not honor an IHG rewards program they are part of?

The tattooed lady that works mornings into mids is a whole vibe😆 every one else is nice also and It would be 100 times better if the entry way didn't smell like an ashtray 90% of the time. Only thing i detest more than anything is the smell of cigarettes😞 the Caucasian lady in the evening is always smoking right by the door way. Not good 😐 other than that this is probably the best hotel in Gonzalez by a very big differential.

My room was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through the area.
