- KSKristy Marie SotomayorJun 6, 20263.0Hotel staff was ok friendly when we checked in but did not interact the rest of the stay. Hotel looks great from outside. Inside lobby is a little stuffy and elevator. Snack area to purchase goodies only had 2 items. Room had heater on and was at 90°. We had to prop open our door and turn ac on it was so hot we ended up leaving so room could cool down. Molding was peeling off wall. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Toilet was extremely slow to fill not good when you have 2 kids needing to go to restroom. Breakfast was not good. Only 1 cereal choice, eggs were green, only oj to drink and very limited cooked food. I understand it's hard to maintain a hotel that doesn't have very many visitors but when you do, it was a little disappointing that there is a Holiday Inn right across the street that we feel we could have had better service at. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I was moved to a different room and that room had no air condition. Manager was rude and disrespectful! Thank goodness I booked through a 3rd party and was able to get a full refund. I booked this hotel based on the reviews that obviously are lies! So this review in hopes to save someone else from the hell I went through! I left the property and went down the road to another place that was much safer and definitely cleaner!
