- AMAshley Menage3 days ago5.0Really lovely dog park with benches in the shade and beautifully maintained grass (and an in room dog dining menu!). Everyone treated Pogo like royalty. Also Tesla charging on site. 🫶 San Luis you won us over (including my nine year human child who loved the pool).
- SBS BMay 13, 20265.0This hotel is in a great location, and the staff are all super friendly and helpful! The pool is a nice touch with the cabanas. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. The only downside was the noise from the traffic.
- JCJames ClarkMay 7, 20265.0I was there three nights for a conference. Very nice facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is they are cashless. Cash is king. But other than that no complaints.

Staff can get you everything from dinner reservations at Landry's properties to spa massage and facials on site. The Villa's are the best of the best for vip get aways. Very friendly staff very clean hotel. Was given comp cookies at night. Small stuff like worn elavators , short toilets and scratched furniture is the only flaws ive seen. Other than that this is a very exspensive hotel just be prepared to pay.
- BMBianca MonsivaizApr 28, 20262.0Really like this place, nice view, food, venue, pool and such. But the security man was not it. There was like FIFTEEN of us in the pool, which BTW closes 12:30. Security guy came by and asked us to get out of the pool. So we all collectively got out while making jokes. Then suddenly he came back with an aggressive manner, threatening to get the sheriff, specifically, to come in and that we were being too slow. Telling us that we are "dragging our feet". When we were all trying to grab our stuff and dry off. If this is how we treat guests and rush them off in such a rude manner, then I definitely will not be using this place again
