  You have to cross a very busy street to get to a tiny strip of sand before the water. Hotel needs to be updated. Very loud ban on Friday night until midnight. Parking is$15 a night. It is close to downtown which is nice but you have to drive 20 minutes further south to find a nicer beach that isn't horriblely crowded. I wouldn't stay again.

  I made the reservation over the phone and confirmed the price three times—verifying that the final rate was $170 per night. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to be charged $231. I asked for a review of the charges, only to be told the increase was due to taxes and parking fees; the representative who handled my booking over the phone had been dishonest, as she had assured me the cost was $170.

  DO NOT STAY HERE! They allow housekeepers to go into the rooms and steal ! they are all thirfs here in this hotel ! I contacted everyone here Brandon , Quinn, Drusilla , Keiana in regards to the housekeepers stealing my sunglasses when i was away from the room and they said they can not do nothing about it and that they trust their employees. They also deleates my last review from here . be careful if you stay here they are all thiefs

  My Daughter reserved a room here from Hotels.com. She had to cancel due to a conflict with the date. Hotels. com was working with her. They handed it back to the Hoel who refused to reimburse her account due to the cancelation (with time to spare). They have since failed to reimburse her. Very disappointed in this Hotel and it's failure to take responsibility for this situation!

  I do not and have never given a bad review… but no one has reached out to me regarding our stay .. guess i shouldn’t be shocked. This room was held with a card to be paid when we checked in. We were splitting this when we got there. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a booking and have NEVER BEEN charged before we got there ever! I called the morning of and spoke with the hotel directly and was told there was no problem at all and that they have not tried to charge card and would be fine when we got there. Told her time we would be there. Got there and was given nothing but an attitude at check in. Couldn’t split until check out which is fine… just don’t be charging card that is not to be used. Had to have one card to hold entire balance up front.. Never ever has this happened ever and i travel a lot!! Never will stay at this hotel again - did not feel welcomed at all. Did not feel safe there. Rooms were okay, but ac turned off during the night and couldn’t get it back on. Will continue our stays at the other resort as i have always in the past. Never ever here again. Disrespectful. Attitude. Too much money for this room to be given the disrespect we were given. Definetly not worth the money and not worth the treatment given. Extra fees also and didn’t use. And paid for parking that didn’t feel secure.
