  Great tidy value for money accomodation. The rooms were a good size, had an amazing view of the Pier which was awesome. The buffet was solid and the kids enjoyed the variety. The pool was great too to cool off on this 100c days. You have to raise your not staring at the Hilton but this is a great middle of the road accommodation for a family or a quick stop over.

  Great location! This hotel is across the street from the beach! The service was excellent! Shout out to Karen who checked us in and was very courteous and professional. When we entered our room our suite smelled so wonderful! The rooms, and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious every morning. We stayed four days. Parking is in the parking garage for $15 per day. Our vehicle was covered and in a secure area. I would stay here again.

  We stayed here last night and we are diamond members. We have been able to check in early before and when we got there around noon they not only would not let us check in they were very disrespectful. Even if we are not diamond members they were still extremely rude. One lady at the front desk who is African American with long hair continued to laugh and smirk with an attitude the whole time. That was just our first problem. Overnight I went to the restroom and saw a bug on the floor and thought maybe it was just a bug because it didn't look like a roach. However in the morning when getting into my suit case I gasped because I awww not 1 but 2 large roaches next to my suit case. Absolutely ridiculous. When we tried to talk to the front desk about it one person said the manager would be there later but then another told us the manager wouldn't be in until the afternoon. They also appeared to care less about the situation and roaches. Our experience here at this hotel was horrible. I highly recommend no one to stay here because of the bugs and how disrespectful and rude the staff is. They do not care about customers and do not care about giving the best customer service to us. Go stay somewhere else. We usually stay at the holiday inn resort and they have been great. But our experience lady bought was unacceptable by far. Do not recommend this place at all!

  First off we are Diamond Elite members. My husband and I booked this room by mistake and let me tell you it was a HUGE MISTAKE. We are always greeted nicely and offered early check in. However, we were told they would call us when the room was ready. No call! Showed back up at the hotel for them to tell us it still wasn't ready and got hateful with us when I told them I had never had this issue before. She said their check in was at 4 and that a Manager had to go verify the room was clean. Never heard that before either. Yes had to pay for parking. Parking was in a garage with small parking spaces. Then to top off our night we get up in the middle of the night to ROACHES! Extremely unhappy by now. Roaches in the bathroom and room. So here we go again. Called front desk and they said they would have to leave a message so we did that. They said no manager on duty. Called back that afternoon and still no manger on duty. So disgusted! I want my refund because I didn't sleep after seeing roaches and I darn sure dont want to bring them home. Never will we stay there again.

  We had diamond elite membership that allows late check out at 2pm subject to availability. At check-in, the front desk person told us their policy is 1:30pm and so I asked if he can do 2pm. He said he will put in the note and manager should call me back to confirm if 2pm is possible, otherwise 1:30pm. On the check out date, at 12:10pm the front desk called one of our 3 rooms asking us to leave at 12:30pm. I called the front desk and they now said 12:30pm is late check out time. I explained to them we have 5 kids, 2 elders and just got back from the beach. They still insisted that we had to leave. Then they said to give us until 1pm to pack up. But the cleaner lady already knocked on all 3 rooms at 12:30pm kicking us out. I told them if they decided to change the check out time then at least call us the night before and not kicking us out last minutes like that. We ended up check out at 12:30pm. When they sent me the invoices over email, they charged us 3 parking spots when we had only 2 cars. Not to mention of the 2 parking pass they provided, one of the pass was deactivated at 9:30am the check out morning when the hotel normal check out time is 11am. When I called in, after we had left the hotel, they only refunded 1 extra parking pass and said we should have turned in the non-working pass. At that point, I was too frustrated to argue with them. I feel the management is bad, they are cheap and penny on their customers. Will never come back again. The rooms are clean but have the pee smell like walking into old nursing home building. Cheap towels.
