    Our family enjoyed staying at the hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sunrise and enjoyed the beach view as well. The breakfast was great as well and a plus was the coffee bar.

    Nice place to stay..rooms were clean. Pretty good breakfast. Only reason why the 4 star overall was the elevators..one out of service and the other was slow. Special mention..Omar was outstanding with his attitude and was quick to dig out the first aid kit for me..Thanks Omar..I appreciate it

    Just know, you'll be asked to pay over $350 for an ocean view room & this ends up being the ocean side view. We were soooo disappointed with our visit. We could have saved that money & gotten a better hotel with an actual view. Won't be coming back.

    My 7yo Granddaughter and her best friend 8yo and I just got back from Galveston. This hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff was amazing. The Front desk staff and the house-keeping staff were so friendly and accommodating. My only complaint (and it is a big ONE) is that the times that breakfast available from 6am-9am. I don't know of too many people on vacation that want to set their alarm to go eat breakfast. We were there 4 mornings and did not get to enjoy the free breakfast one single day!!!!!!!! We stayed busy during the day at the beach and other tourist attractions and then the girls went to the pool every night until they closed at 10pm. It was late I know to get kids that age to bed, but on vacation I understandably let them stay up later. Every morning they slept till almost 10am. I think that management should consider maybe serving breakfast from 7am-10am. That way the early risers can still have breakfast and then the rest of us who sleep in a bit on vacation, would also be able to enjoy breakfast. I go to the beach every year with my Granddaughter and if next year they have not changed breakfast times, I will stay elsewhere.
