    All balcony rooms, across the street from beach. Clean room. Great breakfast. Check in was easy and friendly staff.

    Best hotel in the 21 days we have been traveling! There was a reservation issue and they bent over backward to help us. Yesenia, the front desk gal who helped us, was fantastic! Friendly, happy, and helpful. She's the kind of person that can make your stay better than expected and she did just that. We will be back!

    The customer service by one of front desk employees was horrible not friendly or helpful at all, when I reached out to management with the issue it took 3 weeks to respond and then was not addressed at all. Poor customer service I will not stay at this Bestwestern again

    Canyon checked us in and was very professional and nice!! Omler was the night clerk and he was a valuable asset to Best Western! Promotion is in his future for sure. The room was clean and comfortable! The view was outstanding! Having a ocean front hotel is super COOL! The pool and hot tub were divine! The coffee maker in the lobby was better than than 95 percent of other hotels. Breakfast was great including the Texas shaped waffle! Bacon was cooked just about perfect. The parking lot was well marked and security seemed to be good.
