  The location had construction all around making it difficult to get it and out. We were there to enjoy the nearby casino Winstar and they do not provide a ride to or from the hotel. The night staff are rude and short. They ignored me as if I weren't there then spoke a different language and laughed as if making fun. I tried making a phone call to staff and the lines were dead.

  Outstanding very clean rooms, very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and go out there way to help you and make you comfortable. The breakfast is great.

  We were in town for the Wu-Tang concert and stayed here cause aint nobody got time for a $600/night room at WinStar lol. Our 1st room was a hell naw...the smoke detector battery was chirping and when I opened the fridge water poured out. The front desk agent, Sophia, was awesome. She moved us to a new room immediately and was so kind and understanding. Our 2nd room, however, smelled like mold, mildew, and NOPE. Sophia was, again, graciously accommodating and moved us to a 3rd room. This room still had a mild odor which we chalked up to the building just being old, so it was acceptable. If we were staying more than 1 night, we wouldve gone to a different hotel but for a 1 night stay, it was ok. The shower was hot and the DOVE brand soaps gave it a slight status bump. Linens we clean though we noted a couple of dingy spots and tiny, old stains. Again, a testament to the hotel's age. No signs of bed bugs and the mattresses were wrapped (yay!). I would likely not stay here again, but Sophia was amazing and I hope her leadership recognizes her work.

  Stayed here for a show @ Winstar, and chose it based on location and convenience. Sophia at the front desk was very kind, patient, and accommodating. The first room we received had a chirping smoke alarm. We thought someone would just change the battery, but she moved us to a new room right away. Unfortunately, the second room smelled heavily of mildew. The third room is where we ended up staying. The room wasn't dirty, the mattresses were in a protective cover, and the toiletries are Dove brand, which was good. But the shower curtain was tattered, the air smelled stale, and the room looks weathered and poorly maintained. It served its purpose as someplace to sleep and bathe, but I would not say it was comfortable.

  The ac never cooled the room down all night but the room was very clean, they gave me a free upgrade and it was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful
