The check-in process feels a bit old-fashioned; there's no digital key, and despite checking in online, you still need to visit the front desk. Upon first entering my room, which I had booked as a King Suite, I was a little confused because I noticed it lacked a lounging area with a couch. Instead, there was a large table with two chairs. I later learned that a room with a couch would have been an Executive Suite, which seems counterintuitive to me. Overall, it's a mid-range hotel. It's comfortable, has a good working air conditioner, and is conveniently located near local attractions.

On a positive note, the housekeeping staff and the restaurant/bar team were excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service, which was the highlight of our stay.
