  This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I don’t remember having issues last time, but this time was ridiculous. There was no top sheet on our beds just a duvet, the rooms aren’t properly cleaned. The WiFi never worked. When we checked in we were told breakfast at 6am, when I book the time is listed as 6:30 either way I booked because of the breakfast time and the pool since we had a lot of down time from games, I planned on enjoying the day at the hotel. We had softball games Saturday and woke up with just enough time to eat and go, to my surprise there was no breakfast they said to check back at 7 even though we and several others were told 6am. Our room was 101 and the banging on the wall all day and night long made it difficult to sleep or even enjoy the room. there was no guest room on the other side of that wall so idk what the loud banging and shaking was. The pool had poop in it and when my husband brought it to staff attention they did not seem to care. This hotel is ran so lazy it’s not worth the price. I will not return and despite what management will reply, I doubt they will fix anything considering the rest of the reviews are similar.

  This was a truly awful experience. The hotel has recently been "renovated," but only facade. There are drafts from the windows/units, no hot water, and LOUD clientele. The bathtub and toilet are old and look dirty, the renovated construction is poor quality, and there is a strong musty smell throughout the hotel. I should have forked up the extra $20-30 to stay at a Hilton. Staying at this hotel was stressful. The only redeeming factor to this hotel is that it is located 5 minutes away from a ton of dining and entertainment options.

  Greeted with a gentleman with long fingernails which was a bit uncomfortable to me personally. He didn't talk much and there was several people waiting behind me to get checked in and it didn't seem to speed him up at all. Also, I came down a little bit later because I couldn't get hotel wifi to work and he was eating in front lobby in the guest area a bowl of ramen noodles. Not very professional as he continued to eat as being short with me regarding wifi. I finally decided to just use my cell phone hotspot. Rooms were ok but took awhile for hit water to get to me. Elevator carpet was disgusting as food smell and stains mixed with pot smell incased the elevator. Only one if the two elevators worked. Saving grace for breakfast was the cinnamon rolls, but everything else was from a box or can.

  Terrible hotel and staff. Twice I had bad experiences (bugs in bathtub drain, AC didn’t work, no Internet, no breakfast) and both times I asked if they would adjust my bill. They promised they would (one time by front desk, the other by manager on duty). It never happened. When I did follow up survey I got an email acknowledging all the issues I had and apology. They said they would take my comments to improve their services. But they never adjusted my bill as they promised they would. I like Holiday Inn Express but not this one. There are reasons why the ratings here are so low.

  I stayed here 4/19-4/20, room 409. Also i am a IHG One member. I work in transportation and this location was the cheapest IHG hotel that was the closest to my delivery location and i needed a room for a shower and shave as i do once a week. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but i went with it anyway. This location looks as if it were recently “renovated” by the updated lobby. The elevator shakes badly and there is a weird smell disguised with lemon scented cleaner, which is consistent with other reviews. Because of the other reviews i immediately looked around my room to see if anything else was consistent with the reviews i read. Whoever “renovated” didnt do a good job with painting, lots of paint splatter and smudges, as well as obvious patched holes, and the carpet wasnt updated with the “renovation”. The bathroom needs a new tub and showerhead. The tub has paint stains and lots of wear marks, and the shower head has limescale build up and is just old, where as other locations get newer showerheads with their remodel. Also, the bottom of the toilet lid had yellow staining which i saw in someone elses review, like the type of stain when certain white plastics are exposed to light for too long they turn yellow, but not sure how that happens on the bottom of a toilet lid, maybe something chemical related. The bedsheets were clean but had that weird smell you get when you wash & dry clothes without scented products, like the heated metal in the drying machine. Also whoever made the bed did a sloppy job, wasnt very presentable, and the mattress was crooked on the bed frame. Some people complained about the TV not working but i didnt test it since i mostly stream videos on my phone. It was a quiet sunday night and slept fine. When i checked out in the morning on my way down the elevator, an older lady got in from the 3rd floor and made small talk about the room she was in saying that here refrigerator made rattling noises and her TV didnt work. To conclude, It was fine for my one-night stay, but i wouldnt come back to this location and IHG needs to something about this property and the people who franchise/manage this location as it does not live up to their standards nor the customers expectations.
