  Lovely staff! I felt like I was their only guest, That's how attentive the staff is. Rooms were impeccably clean. Very nice stay.

  If you like to have food delivered, this isn't your hotel. If you aren't present in the lobby, they will refuse to accept your order for you to pick up later.

  I recently had the joy of staying at a hotel with a kitchenette during my extended business trip. The location was fantastic, situated near the Toyota stadium, the fun Universal Kids Resort, and a lively brewery and various restaurants. I truly appreciated the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Heather, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I am truly grateful for her assistance and cannot wait to return and book with them again.

  Yolanda at the front desk was amazing 👏 Her positively and warm welcome made my day. She has a kindness and positivity that is contagious to everyone around her. Its hard to find people like this anywhere. I recommend giving her a raise and putting her in a higher position. She should run this hotel.

  This is one best hotels ive stayed at in a while. The rooms were nice and big and clean! The kitchen was perfect, had everything you need. It was so quiet no traffic, can't hear the neighbors or even housekeeping. The women at the front were so nice and made me feel safe staying there. The cupboard down stairs is a little pricey but worth the convenience. We enjoyed the pool and outside area. They put out fruit by the desk in the morning. Comfy beds! It's a great location! 10/10 would stay again!
