  I stayed here in May of 2026 and the room I stayed in smelled horrible. It smelled as if somebody had lived and smoked in the room for an extended stay. I had to leave my bag closed for fear of having all my clothes smell like the stench in the room. I asked the front desk for another room unfortunately there were no other dbl occupancy rooms left. I requested hotel maintenance come to spray some air freshener but that never happened. Glad I was only staying one night. They also do not have a morning breakfast.

  Tyler was so sweet. She deserves a raise. Y'all's weekend lady was very rude though. She got mad because my husband disturbed her personal phone call. We had went into the snack room and grabbed 2 drinks and 2 snacks. No one was at the front. We rang the bell and no one came. So my husband said he would come back and pay for the snacks and drinks and also get our new towels etc. well, she was coming in and said yes I saw y'all and since you were so honest ,I won't charge you , we did go to another lady later and paid for it. Also when he gave the towels etc to her , she didn't even listen to him to see what he had needed and gave him the wrong things. He mentioned it her and she says it's right it's right. Then she says "do you always have to have clean towels every day??? She was on the phone the whole time while saying this. Anyway finally she did give him the right ones. David reported it to someone and I think she said she would tell the supervisor about it. I saw another review saying the same thing about the towels so this lady is going to give y'all a bad name. Thank you to Tyler and the rest of the crew that was so sweet to us. David and Rhonda Ouwenga

  I wouldn’t consider this even a 1 star. Woken up both nights during the night. Was so bad I had them switch me rooms at 1 am. I would never stay here again. It smells like a sewer on the first floor.
