  I chose this Holiday Inn mostly because of how the pictures were displayed and everything from the moment that when I walked into the building felt so inviting and warm. Being greeted on the very first day on 08/13/2026 by Nora with her beautiful big smile was so inviting and the rest of the staff that we saw coming in and out were just as pleasantly inviting. Coming back and entering our room every day the housekeeper Sophia made our room feel like we were staying in a 5-star fancy, luxurious room your place deserves those 5-star stars. I cannot speak about Sophia enough mostly every detail she did to our room. Going in to have breakfast every morning I can’t remember the lady's name that greeted us with a smile. The area was always very clean the lady was very helpful the food was always replenished hot and at all times our needs were met. When I return to this area, this will be my go-to place to stay that’s for sure. Thank you for your facility and the staff “top notch “

  Breakfast was not worth the amount we were charged. Coffee was cold. Oatmeal was cold and runny. The only service that you don't receive at a Holiday Inn Express is that a server brings you juice and/or water. Our server was pleasant but not worth the $18.00 per adult breakfast. Not as advertised. It was advertised as a restaurant and it was actually a buffet/self serve just like you would find at a Holiday Inn Express. Our experiences at a Holiday Inn Express have been a way better experiences than this hotel. I would encourage anyone looking to stay here to look elsewhere. There are better deals out there than this place.

  The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful except for the front desk employee, Nora. We booked our stay using rewards points and specifically used additional points to include breakfast. When we arrived, we were told that breakfast was not included because the reservation was made with rewards points. When we questioned why we had used extra points for breakfast if it would not be honored, Nora was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve the issue. I asked to speak with a manager and requested the manager’s contact information. Nora refused to provide it. I asked a second time to speak with a manager, and instead of contacting one or allowing us to speak with one, Nora personally kicked us off the property. At no point was a manager contacted, and we were never given the opportunity to discuss the situation with anyone in a supervisory role. We were simply forced to leave. What makes this even more upsetting is that we were there celebrating my son’s birthday. We were traveling with our four children and suddenly found ourselves without accommodations because a front desk employee chose to escalate a simple customer service issue rather than involve management. Nora showed no interest in customer service, problem-solving, or treating guests with respect. Her actions turned what should have been a special family celebration into an incredibly stressful experience. It is unacceptable for a guest to be removed from a property simply for requesting to speak with a manager regarding a reservation concern. While the hotel itself was nice and the rest of the staff were pleasant, Nora’s behavior completely overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay. We will never stay at this hotel again, and management should be ashamed that an employee is allowed to treat guests this way. If this is the level of customer service the hotel is willing to tolerate, future guests should be aware before booking.

  Give Adam a raise, if it were not for him we would have went to another hotel. But he calmed us down and made sure our accommodations were correct. Thanks again Adam for the great service.

  The hotel is perfect for those who wants to live close to DFW, its just 6 minutes drive from hotel to airport. Other than good location, staff is very friendly and nice. Rooms are also spacious and clean. Place is peaceful. They do have a bar and bistro restaurant in their lobby. But the bad thing about this place which I wasn’t expecting and never checked before booking is that they charge you $16.49 for breakfast not free. Although they offer free breakfast for kids only but not for everyone. So be aware before booking, but free coffee is available during breakfast not after breakfast.
