  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE STAY\!** I honestly can’t remember the last time I was this impressed with a hotel! I am a VERY picky traveler and have stayed in some beautiful, high-end hotels over the years, but the Holiday Inn Keith Ware Hall completely exceeded my expectations!! First of all — **THE BED!!** I am not exaggerating when I say this may be the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. I have no idea what thread count those sheets are, but WOW! They were incredibly soft and luxurious, the pillows were perfect, and I slept better here than I do in most hotels that cost considerably more. I seriously tried to see what the mattress was so I could buy one for my house! And yes, I’m looking for a tag on the sheets as well😂 Don’t let the outside of the hotel fool you. The entire hotel is beautifully remodeled, modern, and absolutely SPOTLESS. And when I say clean, I mean CLEAN! Our room was immaculate, the hallways and common areas were beautiful, and housekeeping did an outstanding job throughout our stay. The staff was wonderful — friendly, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel welcome. We were also traveling with our dogs, and I can’t say enough about how nice it was to stay somewhere so comfortable and clean that was also pet friendly. Military life comes with frequent moves and plenty of uncertainty, so our pets are an especially important source of comfort and stability. We were incredibly grateful that the hotel welcomed them without charging an excessive pet fee. That thoughtful, reasonable policy made an already stressful transition just a little easier for our family. The complimentary breakfast each morning was convenient, and the dining area was bright, pleasant, and extremely clean. The pool was sparkling, the fitness room was very nice, and the entire property felt incredibly well cared for. We honestly kept saying, **“Can you believe this is a Holiday Inn?”** It felt so much nicer than we expected. If you are staying anywhere in the Killeen/Fort Hood area, **STAY HERE.** I wouldn’t even bother looking at another hotel. Comfortable, beautiful, spotless, welcoming, pet friendly, and hands down one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. **We will absolutely be back. 10/10!!**

  Nothing special about the building, normal Military hotel. Rooms are tiny but the breakfast area is nice

  Rooms are super clean and nice. Only gripe I have is the water pressure at the sink. But that’s just nitpicking and won’t stop me from staying there again
