I’ve been staying at this hotel for two months now, and I’ll be here for another ten months. After spending this much time here, I can honestly say that the staff is what makes this place truly special.
Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always has a smile on their face. The service is excellent, and the staff genuinely makes you feel at home. They are always ready to help and make sure you have everything you need.
Even when you’re having a bad day, sometimes all it takes is stepping outside and having a quick conversation with one of the staff members to feel better. Their kindness, positive attitude, and genuine smiles really make a difference.
I’m looking forward to spending the next ten months here. A big thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
One small question: would it be possible to move to a room on the other side of the hotel with a view of the mountains? I would really love to wake up to that view! 😊

Hope provided excellent service with a smile. She assisted with correcting my membership making a difficult situation easy to include ensuring I was able to attend and be prepared for my first meeting without being late.
Hope is an amazing credit to IHG corporation.

If you didnt know Ft Bliss is a non-smoking base(which I loved and appreciated)so just a heads up. My husband and I stayed here 8 days recently after we drove from Kentucky hauling my son a vehicle. It was somewhere around 1400 miles one way and we were exhausted to say the least. We were greated with fantastic service checking in with our reservation. Our room was 415 and we had double queen beds and they had a down blankets and pillows. The beds were a little too hard for me but I have hip and back injuries. So bring your pad if need be. Dont worry about bringing your pillows from home because each bed had 4 pillows and the pillowcase told you if they are firm or soft 😁. The bathroom was sizeable with shelves and cabinets so you could spread your belongings out. They provided a blow dryer for you, three towels, wash rags, hand towels, a towel to step out of the tub on, they provided DOVE hand soap, bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner...and they had a metal trashcan! Sounds silly, but to me that was part of what separates cheap places and 5 ☆(the quality of the furniture). We had a kitchenette which had a regular size refrigerator WITH AN ICE MAKER IN THE FREEZER, sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, cooktop stove that was pushbutton, the kitchen had pans, dishes, plates, utensils, appliances, microwave, everything you would use from home...it was there. They had a walk-in closet with an iron and ironing board. The TV pulled out and pointed towards the bed, free wifi. If I had any complaints it would be I could never get information on the tv's guide to see what was on or what was next. But that is small fry when you think about how great everything else was. Also, after unpacking I had to repack like the next day or two days later so they could spray the rooms, and someone had left a spoon in the garbage disposal so when I turned it on it scared the crap out of me 😂. But the little inconveniences were nothing compared to the overall experience.
There were several locks on the door. Also, a bonus, I had a great view of Franklin Mtns which I later hiked.
They had free washers and dryers at the end of the hallway that you swipe into (2 washers and 4 dryers and a work area to fold your laundry.) If you dont bring detergent you can buy some from them. On the main floor they had a good size gym that you swipe into and I definitely felt safe when I was in there working out. They had a variety of machines and provided wipes for you to clean the machine off with.
They were very accommodating with us having the extra car in the lot until we got it to my son's barrick, giving me an extra car pass for the window...so I greatly appreciate that! They even have shelves with games, and books I believe, that you can borrow for 3 days. (I borrowed Yahtzee and there's a long story to go with that😂. Thats how I figured out they had them by the front desk.) They provide a great breakfast variety depending on your diet such as breakfast burritos to cereal to bagels, pancakes, fruits, yogurts, and all kinds of drinks.
There was a laptop and two printers, I believe, if you needed to borrow it. They have a pretty good size pool that you swipe to get in and they provide towels which is a major plus. A sitting area next to the pool AND THEY ALLOW PETS! That is huge to me because I'm a big animal lover so I got to pet everyone's dogs. They have partially covered kennel and sitting area for you to take your dog. I felt really safe and had a fantastic experience! I HIGHLY recommend them! I will stay with them again when I FLY to visit my son again. 😂 OH yeah, we were hit some some taxes at the end that we weren't expecting. It took the total up about $300 more dollars at the end of the stay. But overall I would highly recommend that you stay here. You will not be disappointed.
We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The front desk was especially kind, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever we had questions.
The only thing we found a bit odd was that housekeeping isn’t offered on the weekends. Since weekends are typically when most guests stay at hotels, it would be nice to have that service available. We ended up having to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and sheets ourselves.
The laundry room could also use a deep cleaning or an upgrade. One of the washers had detergent built up in the center agitator, which appeared to clog it.
Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again. We especially loved the little extras in the lending locker, like being able to borrow games, air fryers, and other items. It was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable
Great breakfast, store, 24 hrs gym, outside pool, dinner store on Wednesday. Front desk went out of his way to give in town recommendations and explain amenities in detail.
