  This is by far one of the best Holiday Inn locations i’ve stayed in. I definitely will be returning in the future.

  A special thanks to Ramiah at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile, made the check-in process quick and easy, and even offered me a bottle of water after my trip, which was a thoughtful gesture. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. Thank you, Ramiah, for your outstanding hospitality. You made a great first impression, and I look forward to staying here again.

  I had booked for a 3 night stay in July 2026 at the forney location and only really was able to rest 1 day first day 1st room the ac didn’t work temperature reached 81 degrees in July with my elderly mother we me I finally got a maintenance guy go to our room to see what was going on going on with the a/c and immediately said your a/c is not working I will will tell the front desk personally to change your room we waited for 2 1/2 hours in JULY I tried to get an update on a new room because the front desk personnel never made contact with us I had to go to the front desk with my entire belongings and wait in the lobby to get an update and she was very un bothered about our issue and said oh yea you need a room (as if she forgot )and at that point started to then look for another room for us after waiting for 2 1/2 hours 2nd room same floor and again the same issue the second room the A/C did not work!!!!! we could not continue to wait as we were there for a family function and had to get dressed while drenched in sweat and we were running late because of all the A/c issues I had to ask for a 3rd room when we came back from our family function our experience was horrible I will never go back to this Forney location again bad customer service and the A/C- DO NOT WORK!!!!! It’s just not worth it 😥😓🥵
