  We just needed a place to stay last minute when our other accommodations fell through. Photos and reviews made this place look adequate for a quick stop. Photos most be enhanced. The pool area ones especially. The place is dingy and old. The pool is chained up with no vegetation (unlike the picture) and all old broken furniture. Breakfast was all old stay good, spoiled waffle batter, rotten milk, no hot food just a warmer full of nasty old water. Our toilet didn't flush- the handle spins in circles. The lady was nice at the front, sheets were clean, but the place is not great. Pictures and info is misleading. Stay elsewhere.

  What a disgusting person I called to speak with very rude and disrespectful put on charges for for taking a towel which eww that’s disgusting what’s kind of customer service is that rude and nasty I don’t recommend this hotel at all who ever is the owner of this hotel should check on there nasty attitude of people working there

  The staff in this hotel were amazing kind and friendly. Oh yes the waffles great. Wanted to say thank you for allowing people to bring their pets as they are part of the family.

  DO NOT STAY HERE UNELSS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED ! I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at the SureStay by Best Western in Floresville. From the moment I tried to address a simple concern, I was treated with complete disrespect and a shocking lack of professionalism, the main manager YELLED AT ME for expressing my concerns in regards to the disrespect I received from his employe “ his wife “ he yelled in-front of other customers & I had to remind him we are ADULTS who can speak in a normal manner it was genuinely disgusting. What made the experience even worse was that the staff chose to speak to me in a rude, condescending, and humiliating manner in front of other guests. Instead of handling the situation privately or with basic courtesy, they raised their voices, embarrassed me publicly, and made me feel like I was the problem simply for asking a question. No customer should ever be treated that way. The level of customer service was completely unacceptable. There was no attempt to listen, de-escalate the situation, or offer any kind of solution. It felt as though they had no concern for how they were representing the hotel or how their behavior affected paying guests. I travel expecting basic respect and professionalism, and unfortunately this hotel failed on both. The way I was treated was degrading, unnecessary, and left a lasting negative impression. I would never recommend this location to anyone looking for a welcoming or respectful place to stay. I sincerely hope management takes complaints like this seriously and provides proper customer service training, because no guest should ever have to experience the kind of public disrespect and humiliation that I did.

  Stains on the sheets at check-in, and nonfunctional plumbing fixtures were challenges. But the owners were friendly and accommodating by changing the sheets and getting the water turned off. But when the faucet malfunctioned again on the second night and the owner claimed it was my fault, we were done. Checked out two days early.
