  **Horrible experience from start to finish\.** I booked my stay over the phone through the hotel’s customer service, and the representative clearly reassured me about the rate for an early check-in and late check-out. To avoid any surprises, I even called the hotel several days before my stay to confirm that I would not be charged additional fees. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they denied having any record of the discussion and would not honor what had been communicated to me. Brandy the supervisor was no help at all. She called and named the situation as “misunderstanding” vs misrepresentation. A few hours after checking out, I called because I realized I had accidentally left my laptop charger in the room.I spoke with **Ruben at the front desk/phone desk**, and his customer service was extremely disappointing.He was rude, dismissive, and unable to clearly explain the proper process for retrieving a forgotten item. I expected basic courtesy and assistance, but instead felt like I was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, the hallways and even the rooms had a strong sewagelike odor, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, this hotel needs significant improvement in staff training, communication, customer service, and hotel odor. The way my concerns were handled was unacceptable, and based on this experience, I will not be staying here again.

  The staff is Beyond my favorite thing about this place, they are super attentive Miss lolly the hostess in the dining area was super patient in extremely helpful while my three kids were trying to run around. I would not stay anywhere else.!

  I would stay here again just for Mrs. Lolly breakfast. It was better than a lot of restaurants. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. The man that greeted me at 3 a.m was Friendly and helpful. I don't consider this a negative but simply a wish. I wish they had USB ports. It was my fault for not having a charger head for my cord. A very good experience

  On a 7 day stay the facilities were clean, tasteful decor, the staff goes out of their way to assist you. The best part blew my mind when the hostess, Lolly, brought out the best hot breakfast. Barbacoa tacos on one day, chorizo and egg tacos on another day and much more. Never in my existence of staying at hotels did I experience something other than waffles being the only hot meal for breakfast. BTW, they have pancakes but I didn't have the opportunity. Thank you Lolly for making my stay there a memorable experience.

  **Add't convo w/Rep Ruben today about our very last stay: Tried to call about a new concern & he assumed it was about my double charge last month but when i tried to explain it was about something else for a new stay he said there's nothing we can do to help & hung up mid-sentence then refused to pickup. He is very childish & unfortunately I'm going next level above the hotel to resolve this. Hotel staff will enter your room BEFORE checkout (1040am) so be prepared to stop them as last visit housekeeping opened our door, didn't bother closing it after I hollared whoa 4x times, she just kept talking & held the door open w/her foot--NOT OK! Mngmnt: please bring up your staff to speed in providing service as they ONLY know how to escalate issues vs. diffuse or resolve them. Funny how other small town hotels love us & know us by name & also make us feel like visiting friends every visit but this loc. could care less of how they treat their guests--more like intruders or inconveniences unfortunately! **Add't info, new stay: ***My husband wanted to stay again last month & they charged us an add't day charge on a Tuesday (we weren't even in town) so we had that fixed, They thankfully held onto something I left but this last time housekeepg came into our room, didn't close door immed--they kept talking instead of closing door, NOT ok! I hollared whoa so many times, that didn't do anything, she just held door open, kept talking, just why? (Door Had a "NOT READY YET" sign hanging from it, Time: 10:40 am) Breakfast experience was horrible. Hubby woke up early to eat in peace but it was overly crowded w/no place to sit & only got a few leftover scraps of eggs left in pan. Thankfully a lady offered him a freed up chair so he eventually cld sit. I came down about 9am & tables were filled/dirty but there was a single dirty table so we moved so we had a place to sit. Had to scrap a few tiny egg chunks & a cold wet turkey piece. Got salsa but squeeze bottle squirded all over the table vs my plate as it's a nozzle for thick mayo NOT liquid salsa. Decaf coffee was room temp, as it was cold to the touch w/2x pumps creamer. Eggs were bland, cold & very rubbery. The last time we came a months ago there were fake egg omelets, as they had no scent & the fake orange imitation cheese gave me heartburn & so did the thin turkey patties. The bedrooms & beds are comfortable but there was no fan in bathroom to get rid of hot, humid air after showering, it just sits in room until it dissipates hours later. 🫠Hallways had ppl hollering while we trying to sleep & could hear a woman talking loud thru the wall but that ended quickly & we were able to sleep the rest of the night.
