  The staff is Beyond my favorite thing about this place, they are super attentive Miss lolly the hostess in the dining area was super patient in extremely helpful while my three kids were trying to run around. I would not stay anywhere else.!

  I would stay here again just for Mrs. Lolly breakfast. It was better than a lot of restaurants. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. The man that greeted me at 3 a.m was Friendly and helpful. I don't consider this a negative but simply a wish. I wish they had USB ports. It was my fault for not having a charger head for my cord. A very good experience

  On a 7 day stay the facilities were clean, tasteful decor, the staff goes out of their way to assist you. The best part blew my mind when the hostess, Lolly, brought out the best hot breakfast. Barbacoa tacos on one day, chorizo and egg tacos on another day and much more. Never in my existence of staying at hotels did I experience something other than waffles being the only hot meal for breakfast. BTW, they have pancakes but I didn't have the opportunity. Thank you Lolly for making my stay there a memorable experience.

  The staff was very helpful and attentive. The bed was very soft and comfy. The pool area was great, hot tub not too hot. Breakfast was amazing. Thanks to Channel and Lolly we had an overall great stay. The only bad thing was that we’d have to slam the door to get it to close or pull; but, will be back to stay

  Gave two stars cause breakfast experience was horrible. Hubby woke up early to eat in peace but it was overly crowded w/no place to sit & only got a few leftover scraps of eggs left in pan. Thankfully an older lady offered him a freed up chair so he eventually got to sit. I came down about 9am & tables were filled/dirty but there was a single dirty table so my husband moved so we had a place to sit. Had to scrap a few tiny egg chunks & a cold wet turkey piece. Got salsa but squeeze container wasn't the right application as it squirded all over the table vs my plate. Decaf coffee was old/barely warm, as it too nasty w/creamer. Eggs were bland, cold & very rubbery. The last time we came a months ago there were fake egg omelets, as they didn't smell like anything & the fake orange imitation cheese gave me heartburn & so did the thin turkey patties. The bedrooms & beds are comfortable but there was no fan in bathroom to get rid of hot, humid air after showering, it just sits in room until it dissipates hours later. 🫠Hallways had ppl hollering while we trying to sleep & could hear a woman talking loud thru the wall but that ended quickly & we were able to sleep the rest of the night.
