  The room was clean but there was hair left all over the bathroom floor and the cabinet had trim hanging off went to use the curtain and the screw fell off as soon as I moved it to let sun in the room other than that the front desk girls were great and breakfast was good standard hotel breakfast not too many options and make sure to set the AC low cause it takes a couple of hours to go to temp (73⁰ to 70⁰ took about 4 hours)

  The roll-away mattress they gave us was absolutely disgusting. We asked them to swap it, and then they gave us on with a broken frame. The room's actual bed was also unnecessarily firm. Find somewhere else!

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like I have to share this experience. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready due to understaffing and that there was a waiting list. We asked if there would be any kind of accommodation for the inconvenience (credit, late checkout, anything), and were told no. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes past the 3:00 PM check-in time before getting a room. Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. There was hair in the bed and shower, and red or pink stains on the sheets. We were moved to another room, but it was just as bad. There was hair in the tub, hair on the sheets and pillowcases, and oil stains on the pillowcases. At that point, we tried to make the best of it and asked for cleaning supplies and fresh linens so we could handle it ourselves, but housekeeping said they didn’t have any available. We ended up wiping things down with our own disinfectant wipes. The whole situation was extremely stressful and upsetting. While they did refund our stay, it didn’t make up for the time, hassle, and having to find another hotel after everything. They also offered 5,000 reward points, but couldn’t clearly explain what they were worth, possibly just something minimal like WiFi. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I really hope they address their staffing and cleanliness issues so no one else has to go through this.
