  Rooms were pretty clean, there were some stains on the curtains and rust stains in the shower but for the most part pretty clean. There's no complimentary breakfast so that was a big downer and the free coffee was not very tasty so that was another downer. Service is upon request except for a planned day for residents staying longer than a week. They do provide a basket to bring down used towels and rags, but thats the only way you're going to get new ones. Parking is shared with Holiday Inn but there is plenty of parking in their 4 floor garage. Location was prime for easy access to freeway and the plethora of restaurants close by. Alot of Indian food around so variety gets limited but there are plenty of chain restaurants 10-20min down the road. Customer service was nice but walls are very thin and the gazebo area is flooded with contractors who are very loud and inconsiderate of the quiet time hours.

  The reservationist’ should learn their product lines. Sold something doesn’t even exist. Then got big, bold attitude from the front desk. Ya’ll need to do better and my room smells like the velour backseat of a ‘79 Oldsmobile. Disgusting. No amenities and no customer service. Just stay next door. Seriously.

  Update to reply: "At the time of booking, the reservations were made under our Book Early Member Rate, which requires full prepayment for the entire stay and is non-refundable. As outlined in the rate policy, the payment is processed anytime between booking and arrival, and if the card on file declines, the reservation may be automatically cancelled as non-guaranteed." So if you require prepayment upfront then why not take the payment when the room is booked? There would've been no issue then. It doesn't make sense for you to just run someone's card anytime between the booking date and the reservation date which can be months apart. I even updated my card on Friday because the Klarna option didn't work correctly (because you guys wait to process payments for however long you want) and it wasn't run that day either. And if this business IS going to run the cards whenever they feel like - there should be some kind of courtesy call before they immediately cancel the room. I had my card frozen for good reason over the weekend and I easily could've updated payment method and paid for the room had I been given the chance. But as you said it is in the policy apparently... I will do my best to check policy before booking with another place like this. -------- Booked 2 rooms well over a month in advance. There was an issue with booking a week or so later so I updated the payment method. They didn't run the card until days later without warning (but still a month before the reserved date) it didn't work when they ran it (card was manually frozen at that moment). So when it didn't work they automatically cancelled my rooms. I called them 30 minutes after I got the cancelled notification to update the card so they could run it again but not only had they already cancelled the rooms without even a courtesy call but they gave the rooms away as well.
