  Terrible! Nothing as asked for. Feathers only hand rails on outside of tub. Not for the mobility challenged. Treated like you are a terrible inconvenience.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Ennis, Texas! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were always helpful, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The hotel is very clean from the lobby to the rooms, which was especially important to me. They have a 24-hour coffee machine that freshly grinds coffee, and the complimentary breakfast offers a great variety of hot and cold options with a comfortable seating area. The amenities are excellent, including an indoor pool and hot tub, a well-equipped fitness center, and even a small convenience shop in the lobby with snacks, drinks, and microwave meals if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. They also have a guest washer and dryer, which came in very handy since we decided to extend our stay. Another huge plus is the location. It’s within walking distance of Arby’s and a QT gas station, and just minutes from Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, Denny’s, Cotton Patch, Starbucks, Walmart, and a great BBQ restaurant. As someone traveling with a service dog, I truly appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly and made us both feel welcome throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Ennis. I will definitely stay here again!

  Friendliest, most polite and helpful staff! The Breakfast was really good, room was clean. Nice location We would definitely return.

  My overall stay was good. Although I would have preferred more water pressure and tiles on the bathroom floor to be stationary, Lucy in the breakfast area was the highlight of my visit! She was a ray of sunshine! Her helpful attitude and smile were refreshing! The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. Everything was very clean in the breakfast area.
