- ALAndrae Lash4 days ago2.0I want to recognize the young lady working the front desk alone during a very busy holiday weekend. I checked in Friday July 3 2026. Despite a massive line, she remained calm, professional, patient, and genuinely kind to everyone. She deserves major recognition for her excellent customer service! That said, management needs to provide more support during peak times—no single employee should be left to handle that volume alone. Unfortunately, the property itself needs significant improvement. My room had a noticeable unpleasant odor, the towels felt damp, and I found a roach. Finding pests (roaches) is a massive concern as they can easily hitchhike into luggage. The front desk staff made a tough situation much better with her grace and professionalism, but management must immediately invest in regular pest control, thorough room inspections, and better housekeeping. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to fix these issues.

Rene was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed when we checked in and was even out greeting everyone when we got up for breakfast! Desiree was taking care of breakfast and making sure everything was fresh and we could find everything we needed. It's not often that you go places anymore and the people actually seem happy to be at work and willing to help! We really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again!
