Just a few days before my trip, the hotel canceled my reservation without any real solution. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It’s very clear what happened here. There is a major concert in town, and instead of honoring reservations made months in advance, the hotel appears to be canceling them to resell rooms at higher prices. That’s not just bad service, it feels dishonest and exploitative. Canceling a guest’s stay only 3 days before arrival puts travelers in a terrible position, especially when prices in the area have already skyrocketed. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of respect for customers who planned ahead and trusted this property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they can cancel your reservation at the last minute for profit, your booking is never truly secure here.
