  I enjoyed an extended stay at this location. The manager Brianna and the front desk team Brittany and Brianna were very helpful, courteous , and professional. The entire staff did everything to make my stay nothing but exceptional. Monday, Tuesday , and Wednesdays they serve evening meals that include beverages. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  We absolutely loved this room! It was immaculate, so comfy and comforting! I'll definitely be back as I go to El Paso often! One tiny complaint, the switch on the lamp was hard to shut off, I had to unplug it. Other than that absolutely amazing!

  I had a great experience. I was down here for work and forgot my card in the Room .josh asked me for my ID before he gave me a new card. It made me feel so safe because I have a daughter and a wife. To know that that's the first line of defense of just some random person being able to come in my room. That he's doing his job to protect my family . I really appreciate it and I'm grateful he also got us the cornhole so that we can play at the pool. It was a great experience 10 out of 10

  Had to book a one-bedroom, two queen suite for our family of four after a sub-optimal Airbnb situation and was very pleased with how it turned out. We stayed two nights. The hotel service was impeccable. They allowed us to check in super early which was above and beyond and really made a difference in a comfortable first day. Being able to put our belongings inside. Check out was an easy process and unrushed. Some of the fixtures in the room were a little older and had a little wear and tear and perhaps the room was once a smoking facility but we had honestly no complaints at the price point. The location is incredibly convenient right off of the freeway and within an easy drive of many restaurants and stores. There is a gas station with a well-stocked convenience store a short walk away. Zero concerns about safety. The kids enjoyed the pool quite a bit and having a simple breakfast buffet to start the day was a great benefit, especially for elementary schoolers. I enjoyed the lovely and quiet lobby to do some work as well. But we were most pleased with the quality of the service at the front desk and overall friendliness of everyone we encountered on staff. Would definitely recommend and wish we would have stayed here sooner.

  Extremely disappointing experience. We booked and prepaid for two king rooms through Priceline. When we arrived at 3:30 AM, we were told our reservation had been canceled as a “no show.” Instead of helping us, we were told we would have to pay again if we wanted to stay. After 45 minutes of trying to resolve the situation, we had no choice but to pay again for a shared room just to have somewhere to sleep. The room itself was clean, but it was very outdated and in need of maintenance. There was a old/moldy smell, and my husband, who rarely experiences asthma issues, had an asthma attack while in the room. The bathroom door would not lock and would not close properly, and the couch was torn. For the price and the reputation of this brand, we expected a more comfortable, updated room and better customer service. Being left without the rooms we had already paid for and then being charged again just to have a place to stay was extremely frustrating.
