Extremely attentive, multitasking all night with a busy wedding party, offers insights into the menu offerings, offers the most outstanding service at this bar on Friday evenings. Her work ethic here tonight has created a welcoming and Inclusive atmosphere. I am blown away by her hospitality and professionalism. This bartender has gone above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience for me and other guests. The type of service Amada has provided has made me want to return to this location, and is worthy of a review and a raise!

We booked via booking.com - the hotel refused to let us check out before the 5 days so we could move to a hotel with a pool. Rooms are more like a worn out motel. Never Again !

The mid-century design combined with modern West Texas charm gives the entire place such a unique, stylish vibe. One of the absolute highlights was the fifth-floor rooftop area. Relaxing by the outdoor pool and grabbing craft cocktails at Circa 1963 while taking in the panoramic views of the downtown skyline and the mountains was unforgettable. I also highly recommend having breakfast or brunch at Mamacitas on-site—the food was delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with local flair, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to valet. The location is perfect for walking to local spots around downtown, too. I will definitely be back next time I'm in El Paso!

If you go before they set towels out, there’s a small room towards the end of the building with restrooms and towels. Ice machines on every other floor. You can request a fridge and microwave if they have any available. Everyone was very nice. Pillows weren’t the most comfortable but that’s ok. A/C worked very well!
