Convenient location. Spacious room. The only complaint is about their late check out policy and communication. When I checked in I asked for a late check out and the employee said I could have till 1pm, which I thought was generous. The next morning there was banging on my door at 11:25 and someone telling me I had to check out. I told them the person who checked me in told me I had till 1pm. He said no and their policy was that late check out was 11:30. Although it was close, it wasn't even 11:30 yet, so why was he banging on my door and demanding I check out? I could imagine if it were after 11:30, but he was rude about it and there was no apology for the miscommunication between the two of them. The staff all need to be aware of the check out policy. They should also be courteous to the guests and apologetic when there is misinformation given to the guests. He made me feel like I did something wrong.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel SUCKS! was the worst one, SO DIRTY!! The carpet, the towels, hair on the toilet 🤢. Stains everywhere The service was terrible too, at first our bed wasn’t made and we wait literally 20 minutes waiting in the desk to get a new room but no one was there Please don’t stay :)
