  Pésima atención y me cancelaron reservación ya estando pagado el servicio ! ❌❌❌❌❌ Cuidado con esta cadena de hoteles , no quisieron resolverme hasta un día después !

  They say there's a free breakfast but there's no free breakfast even though they have a breakfast Room where they should be cooking. They say they have a pool they say it's running but it's closed they're too lazy to clean their room pool Apparently the pool has been closed for 2 years but yet they advertise it. There are human feces in a grocery bag just outside the door of entering the side of the hotel. Is anybody has access too. Next to the snack machine on the floor there's full of rust and dirt that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There's caution Kate going up some stairs we have no clue why. The donuts they serve have yellow stains on the back of the paper that is sealed. One of the worst hotels I have ever been to the rooms on the 3rd floor are just filled with trash. Some of the rooms on the 3rd floor smell of urine. I'm absolutely 100% sure that homeless people live up there. There's no locks on the doors there's no locks on the Outside door on the side of the hotel anybody can come in and out as they please. Any time the day and night. Do not stay here Do not be fooled by the advertisement.

  These guys are alright. I got here after a major dust storm. I think it was the bath I loved to relax in, after a good pre rinse. Twin Peaks restaurant across the parking lot and several others nearby.

  We stayed/booked there via the IHG app , without knowing it was being upgraded remodeled. Be cautious, it is under construction and being remodeled. The room we stayed, was old and dirty. Carpet was old and stained, along with the couch.The refrigerator was not working, and asked to get a replacement. The second refrigerator they gave me, only the freezer worked, and ended up freezing all my drinks.

  The elevator was broken so they informed us we would have to take the stairs in order to get to our room. The front lobby bathroom was a bit worn and run down. We ended up no staying because we have such heavy luggage and don't need to hurt ourselves in the process of taking things up. They accept service animals and don't charge for them. Good parking available. Close to shops and whatnot. But unfortunately we didn't choose this location. They didn't even offer a discount due to the inconvenience of the elevator being out.
