  We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms was clean and comfortable and it was well maintained. The breakfast was good, a quick to go meal. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The parking was free and safe.

  This is probably one of the best 2 stars I've ever stayed. Walking in the hobby is very light and bright. Gwen had the late shift and she greeted us with a smile that can brighten any mood. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. This is the first time the family fell asleep before me. Room 208 had some deferred maintenance. The shower head could use a vinegar soak to remove the white and green build up. The smoke detector batteries need to be replaced or fixed because the 2 flashing lights were coming from it all night. I usually would change room but the whole family was sleeping so I just stayed awake til breakfast. Free breakfast was good. Had both sausage links and patties. they were served with eggs and crispy potatoes. It's one of the few times that chocolate milk was offered and it was greatly appreciated. There was also hot oatmeal with toppings and pancakes. there was bananas and assorted muffins along with yogurts. breakfast has juices and coffee is served all day in the lobby area. If it wasn't for the deferred maintenance, this place could be a 2.5 stars.

  Clean hotel wth a solid breakfast and a great gym for circuit training and HIIT workouts right across the street at Fit for Life!

  This hotel is much better than some of the reviews suggest. In my opinion, it is one of the better Holiday Inn properties. The lobby is spacious, bright, and welcoming, and it features a standard self-service coffee machine. The room had no musty smell, and I found no signs of bed bugs. The carpet looked clean, and the overall housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. The lovely elderly lady working in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and welcoming. As we were leaving, she wished us a safe and enjoyable trip, which made us feel genuinely warm and appreciated. Small gestures like that make a big difference. If our travels bring us back to this area, we would definitely stay here again. I’m happy to give this hotel a well-deserved 5-star rating. One suggestion for improvement: it would be even better if Holiday Inn offered complimentary EV charging for guests. Many hotels now provide this amenity, and it would be a great benefit for travelers with electric vehicles.

  My family and I are frequent Holiday Inn Express & Suites users and this hotel convinced me to look into other hotels from now on. Before I continue with my review, obviously your stay is what you make it but when you are paying a certain price and are advertised cleanliness, friendliness or even having a great experience, you would assume that's what you will get. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk and about 10 minutes passed until we were helped even after calling out for someone. As soon as we got up to our room, there was a dingy smell. It was dirty!!! The showers were disgusting. Stained inside the shower and along the baseboards in the bathroom area and dust all over the dresser. My girls and I changed and checked out the pool and it was disgusting!!!! The water looked yellow! Bugs, dirt, towels laying everywhere. It was a very disappointing experience. My husband went to the front desk to let them know how dirty the room was and even after showing him another room, it was the exact same. He asked the gentleman about canceling the reservation so we can go to another hotel but he was told we would be charged anyway so we took the L. Needless to say, Holiday Inn Express & Suites has disappointed us before but even more so now. We won't be back!
