  El personal es demasiado amable!! Las habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas! Está muy bien ubicado de buenos centros comerciales ! El desayuno limpio y rico, la alberca muy padre.

  I want to recognize the outstanding service at this hotel. We arrived on a Sunday evening and got excellent attention both from Ron, the gentleman at the front desk, and Frank, the shuttle driver. They helped us find a good restaurant for dinner and were attentive to all our needs. This was the perfect choice for a short stay in El Paso! Thank you so much!

  I highly recommend Holiday Inn for your stay, especially because of the exceptional customer service provided by Giovanni. After driving 13 hours, I arrived at the property only to discover that Expedia had canceled my pre-paid reservation without rebooking another hotel for me. Even though the issue was not caused by the hotel, Giovanni went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful and exhausting situation. He took the time to assist me with professionalism, patience, and genuine care, making sure I had a room for the night instead of being left stranded. The property itself was also very clean and welcoming. As soon as you walk in, everything smells fresh and well maintained. The room was spotless, and the bedding and sheets smelled clean and freshly washed, which made the stay even more comfortable after such a long drive. Outstanding customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Giovanni’s kindness and dedication truly turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you again, Giovanni, for your exceptional hospitality and support. Because of employees like him, I highly recommend Holiday Inn for your stays and will gladly return in the future.

  I made a reservation when my wife was hospitalized and canceled it when she was transferred. The hotel increased the nightly rate then billed me a late checkout fee, even after I called to cancel at 11 am the day I was to arrive. After 11 days, the General Manager agreed to refund the late checked after a bad review and contacting IHG. Instead of a refund, I was charged another late fee that was then refunded. NEVER have I had so many issues with an IHG property. This experience will force me to find other hotel chains to use. UPDATE: I emailed and called the property, but the person I was to speak to was not available. This has gone on for almost a month with no resolution for being overcharged for a room that I didn't occupy. My IHG Rewards One Platinum status will go away as I am donating my 443,000 point to charity and deleting my account. Hello Hilton and Marriott. IHG doesn't care. UPDATE 2: I emailed the person that I was told to contact in this Google review, and then followed up with a phone call. No response. It's obvious from the other reviews that this 'independent' location doesn't follow IHG recommendations and has been caught more than once, charging for services not rendered. Time to file with the BBB and the Texas AG and report deceptive business practices and fraud.
