  They promise a check early on the next 25 minutes and the reality was really different! Takes more of one hour.

  Their rooms are in these villas that are beautiful and clean. It's near highway so you get that noise but the quality is great. Their breakfast service was good too. Overall highly recommend.

  DONT waste your money. “Stayed” here for BTS concert yesterday in El Paso it was the worst experience and most unprofessional hotel I’ve ever been too. We drove to El Paso and understood we could not check in until 3 we actually entered the hotel at about 4 just to be told they had no rooms available and they could text us to check in whenever it was ready. Gates opened at 5:30 so we had no choice but to get ready in their lobby bathrooms. We left promptly at 5 and they let us know room was still not ready and they took our card on file so it would be seamless check in for the other members of our party when the room was ready. After the concert it took 2 hours to get out of traffic so we arrived back at the hotel at 2 am. We were never texted that the room was ready so we took our stuff up because they had given us the keys to said room before we left to the venue. When we entered the room reeked of urine, a strong horrible stench, the carpet was in terrible condition, there was trash in the liner in the room, and the lampshade had blue dots that looked like mold. We pulled back the white sheets and there was stains underneath on the linens. We went downstairs at 2 am and I spoke with from desk staff Manny who was not very friendly, I asked him if it was at all possible to just check out and receive a refund we hadn’t used the room at this point and just decided for our safety and better judgement that driving 4 hours home was better than staying in that room. Manny was unable to accommodate, and couldn’t not even offer a different room. He “put a note for hotel management” and we simply checked out. Do not waste your money here. Unprofessional, and dirty.

  Omg this room smells so bad like the worst funk smell. They need to shampoo the carpets, wash the curtains and DEEP CLEAN the rooms. The bathroom is filthy I had to shower with sandals on. Beautiful property not well maintained rooms at all.
