- LGLorena GomezAug 5, 20261.0I do not recommend this place. My previous reservation double booked and had no choice but to stay here due to not many hotels left. There was no towels in the bathroom and it was dirty and we found a large cockroach the largest I have ever seen.
- JBJenelle BaezaJul 9, 20261.0Everything was a disaster… our first room was filthy. So many stains on the floor, the walls were dirty, lamp shade had a huge slice through it. Dog hair on the floor. We requested a new clean room. Well, the 2nd room was better, but still not “clean”. I don’t think they vacuum the floors, because my mom stayed in a different room and her floors had tons of crumbs and dog hair. She also had a lot of stains on the floor. The only thing I appreciated was the beds were clean and comfortable. They accommodated us with free breakfast vouchers, which they told us was a hot buffet. It wasn’t, it was a sit down restaurant. Which took an hour to get us our food. 4 plates of regular breakfast food. The whole breakfast from when they finally took our order to when we got our food, took an hour and 45 minutes. This was probably one of our worst stays as a family. Not to mention, they ended up charging us $133 extra on our cc!!! I have a video of the floors, but it wouldn’t let me upload.

Was clogged we had to empty the water with the trash bins ended up sharing with our second room for And the second room The outlet that connects the microwave and the television gave out theytried to move us to another room across the building but we were sharing two rooms with kids just ended up sharing a room and unfortunately had to requested for a refund still waiting for a response
- DDDustinJul 5, 20265.0Me and my family spent 3 night here for the 4th of July and it was great service at the front was amazing. When I needed something they were on top of it. The location was perfect never been to El Paso and this was in the middle of everything give or take. All these bad reviews must be ppl wanting a 5 star resort at holiday Inn prices or they just complain about everything. Definitely will be coming back with my family
