  What a horrid place. I cannot believe I was treated the way I was as a platinum member of Ihg I was called to El Paso suddenly due to a death in my extended family. I drove from 9 hours from Austin Texas to El Paso and on the way stopped and called this hotel and made a reservation with a confirmation number and drove the rest of the way knowing I had a place to calm down and relax and help my family before I had to leave for a conference. When I arrived at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, I walked in and thought well this is a cool version of an Ihg! I was excited the women working the little bar smiled and greeted me. The desk clerk sat in his chair and did not even stand up to greet me. I said I had a reservation he kept his head in his hands and hardly looked at me and said there’s no reservation for you I don’t know why they made one for you. He offered absolutely no help and didn’t apologize didn’t offer me any points didn’t offer anything. I drove to other hotels nearby with no results. It got dark after I got there and I’m unfamiliar with the city and could not continue driving. I had to sleep on the couch at my friend’s mom’s tiny apartment. I’ve been so upset I was not able to even review it until this moment two days later

  We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn, great price, the room was comfortable and clean, the front desk associate very friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient location! I definitely recommend staying in here!

  All bad with this Hotel, please don’t go just because the lobby looks good, all the room are old and nasty, the bathroom smells bad , shower tub its not draining the water

  I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while shopping for an apartment. I am a gold plus member and most of my stay was in the loft suite. The suite itself is charming with a cool spiral staircase which also doubles as a concussion giver due to its terrible placement and sharp corners. However, the decor is dated and the outlet in the bathroom didnt work so I had to get ready elsewhere. I encountered multiple flying cockroaches, the large ones with wings! Staff is so incredibly rude it’s hard to believe that they work to please us guests. One might think that the front desk staff are international pop stars with bad attitudes and gigantic ego power trips. When the hotel mistook my menudo condiments sprinkled on the table as the illegal green stuff and charged me $50 i didnt say too much. When front desk staff members required me to go with them no not move till till my outstanding balance was cleared I wondered,” How much money am I missing for this kind of harsh treatment… $1.23. Staff escorted me away in front of my boyfriend, with an associate on either side of me,to the front desk and held me there because I was short $1.23. I fixed that problem by paying it. The following day these people had me waiting for my lift to be ready from 11am till 3:30 pm when they informed me I had to pack up in leave within 20 min in 100 degree weather with my 2 cats. Did I mention Im one middle aged woman (my boyfriend went to work) who unexpectedly had to pack up and move. I didn’t have another reservation set so while moving my things out i had to find a new hotel. Staff members watched and made faces at me as i sweat my arse off hauling my things up and down those poorly fashioned stairs. These people kicked me out of the hotel because hey don’t know the difference between Gods green ganja and my grandmothers menudo with lots of oregano. They took pictures of oregano sprinkled on the countertop and in our bed where we ate. Terrible way to treat a quick rising platinum member. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn after this humiliating experience. Be careful because these people will throw you out on your ear in a moments notice abd they do not care if you are alone and unfamiliar with the area in blistering heat. Skip the rudeness of this place and stay anywhere else. Wi-fi is terrible as well.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a sweet stay at the Holiday Inn El Paso West on Sunland Park! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality really stood out. William and Kyle at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, attentive and accommodating. We arrived later in the evening, and although our original king room wasn’t available, they immediately worked together to find us a great double queen room. When we mentioned we were having a little date night and would love a pretty view, they found us a beautiful area of the property with a side of El Paso we’d never seen before. Such a cool surprise! The property itself is beautiful and has this charming villa/casita feel that makes it different from your typical hotel. While finding our room, we met Esmeralda, who was so kind and gave us perfect directions to get where we needed to go. Huge thank you to William, Kyle and Esmeralda for making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. 💚 If you’re looking for a friendly, unique hotel stay on the West Side of El Paso near Sunland Park, this is a little hidden gem with a staff that truly wants you to enjoy your stay!
