  Se escuchan ruidos de los demás cuartos. El sillón cama en muy mal estado y sucio. El desayuno no está incluido. No ofrecen agua embotellada.

  This is a fabulous hotel. Last night the AC started making noises. I called the front desk and within 10 minutes they had a maintenance gentleman up popped the AC open, fixed the issue and I had the best sleep in a long time. This is a must stay. They have a full functioning bar and kitchen at this location.

  This place is lucky they get one star. They would get negative stars if I could rate it that way. We booked our reservation over a month ago. We are a military family in the middle of a relocation move. After driving for 14 hours we arrive at 2am only to be placed in a room that didn’t have enough beds that we originally booked for. They didn’t even bother to tell us that at check in. We find out after we get to the room. We go down to let them know and they told us that it was because the room we needed was dirty and blamed housekeeping not cleaning it in time. They offer us free breakfast for the inconvenience. I go to prepare the pull out sofa but it wasn’t made and there was no bedding anywhere in the room to make it myself. They knew we had 6 people on our reservation but were only provided with 3 towels. Go back down to ask for bedding and more towels and were told that it would be to our room in 10 minutes. It took way longer than that and we’re all exhausted from the long drive. The worker finally brings the items only for us to realize that they didn’t include more towels so back down to the desk we go. I usually don’t even bother with leaving reviews but this miserable experience was one I wasn’t going to just brush off. Edited to add that when we went to use the breakfast voucher they gave us for an “accommodation” the kitchen was completely closed because their cook was a no show.

  Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness and basic maintenance. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was in unacceptable condition the bathtub was dirty and had rust, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the wall trim was coming loose. I arrived late at night and was too exhausted to request another room, so I stayed only because I had no other option. I checked out by 7:00 a.m. the next morning because I couldn’t wait to leave.
