  We have tried staying at the particular hotel several times, and can agree that we have finally learned our lesson. We have never been checked in in under 30 minutes, it's strictly due to the attendant being MIA. There is always extreme noise or a problem with the room. This past weekend after waiting 30 minutes, before the clerk gave us keys to a room. When we arrive to the room we found that the keys didn't work, so we had to return downstairs to be told that she was pretty sure the battery on the door was out. Keep in mind that while this has nothing to do with the teller, we had just spent 17 hours at an airport, and we had notified the hotel of our arrival time. Given that they were aware we were coming, the fact that no one was there for 30 minutes, we had to hunt them down, she gave us keys to a room that didn't work, and then eventually sent us to another room with a key that didn't work, only to finally be given keys that work for the room to smell disgustingly like cigarette smoke, I can honestly say that not only is this service awful, but the hotel itself is extremely subpar. Both my husband and I are IHG members with higher status, and we are saddened to have had such a terrible experience more than once. In the end, we settled for the smoke room because we were exhausted and we're not willing to roll the dice on what ridiculous scenario we would find ourselves in next if we asked for a new room. Yes we made the attendant aware of our frustration, no nothing was not done. Finally, a folder with guests personal information was left on the counter for anyone to access. I specifically waited for her to file our receipt for safety. Please have a talk with your staff and remedy these severe issues. Our stay was October 1, 2026.

  I'm so thankful for the front desk lady on Sept 10th. My daughter came in with her 2 babies, and had just gotten into a car accident that totaled her car. A good Samaritan drove her & her babies from Sierra Blanca to the hotel. My daughter told me that the lady at the front desk was so nice and empathetic. I just thank God for you - You know who you are..May God continue to bless you.....Hotel was a blessing as well.. Thank you so much...

  Breakfast on the weekends starts at 8am and ends at 10am. There is no reason why at 9am people are packing the food up. If you applied for a job then DO THE JOB period. I’m walking down to eat with my brother and bring some food back to my family and the cook all of a sudden is “packing up”. NO! Breakfast ends at 10am. Aside from that the service is nice and the young lady with the locs at the desk is very kind.

  The hotel chairs desk and rooms are terrible and deteriorating. The staff is incompetent and doing questionable unethical business practices. Called last week about a $60 dollar charge, and the manager said the charge would clear by this week. Called again and told the front desk the situation, they had me hold, and answered like if they didn't know what I was talking about. Stayed on the 3rd floor in the corner room facing the freeway, the area of the hotel smells like urine. The gray cloth couch in the room was black like if other people had stepped on the couch. The coffee maker didn't work. The chair in the room was broken, asked for a new one, and they brought one that was worse than the first. It took them 3xs to get one thing right. And all day you hear the mufflers of cars from the passing traffic. I will never stay again at this hotel regardless of what the owner account responds.

  The only reason this is getting a one star review was the front desk was so sweet. When checking in I thought the place looked so clean and so nice until I got to my floor and I thought I was in a roach motel. The carpets were disgusting as I’m walking. I can literally feel uneven flooring I get into my room and it was a landlord special upgrade. The LVP was not installed right there’s gaps it literally had crooked outlets. I can already tell you the shower was not properly clean because the word top is still on the top of the shower from where they remodeled it I’ve never had to search for bedbugs because I was so uncomfortable. I don’t know how I was paying almost $200 for this room. I was told in my reservation that I would have complementary breakfast upon arrival. I was told I did not I had the do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping still knocked on my door before 9 AM because they put the new flooring in. You can hear the person above you walking the blinds that are in the hallway are absolutely disgusting covered in dirt. They probably haven’t been cleaned in months the TVs are not upgraded and not smart TVs so many things were upgraded but half done. I was truly so disappointed with this day and how dirty this hotel was. As well, I started getting a headache from my travels. I went down to the front desk where they have a convenience store. They do not offer any Tylenol, which I thought was very odd that they had other allergy symptom medicine. I literally could not take any more pictures of how unkept this hotel is.
