  Priscilla was very nice and efficient. Everything was super clean, organized and in stock. Great breakfast! Rooms were very clean and updated. Had a wonderful nights sleep. Also, noticed that everyone was extremely nice and asked if everything was ok. Great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

  Upon arrival, I was greeted by Guz. The whole process was very straightforward & easy after such a long trip! Definitely recommend for stays, customer service & all your travel needs.

  We were planning to visit Juarez and found this hotel, which is conveniently located just about 15 minutes from the border. The hotel was very neat, had an excellent breakfast, and was in a great location. The staff were very attentive, polite, and friendly. A special shout-out to Priscila in the kitchen, who kept the breakfast area exceptionally clean and well organized. I’ve rarely seen a complimentary breakfast buffet maintained so well. She was constantly cleaning and organizing throughout the time we were there, and she was also very friendly with my kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the El Paso area!

  Staff were so nice! The rooms are spacious and have plenty of tables to put stuff on and drawers! The free shampoo and conditioner were really good on my hair. Breakfast was amazing everyday, and they even have juices and coffee at night. The view is exceptional, but the location is near the mall and outlet! I really liked the desk lamp they provided. And my dog was very happy as well, though it is a bit of a walk to a desert area to let them do their business.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Gustavo at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel genuinely welcomed. His positive attitude and attention to detail really made a difference. It’s employees like Gustavo who make a great hotel experience from my arrival and throught my stay. I truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again!
