  Gus is amazing and was so very helpful with checking in. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone because the service is just amazing! I will be staying here for all my stays from here on out well visiting El Paso. I apperictae you hiring great employees that make a hotel feel like home. I appericate all the help he gave to my family and I. Thanks Gus!

  Guz Ceballos. Has been the hero of the day for me and my family. The story is much to long to explain but he went out of his way to accomidate us when I was having a bad week. It goes to say El Paso strong they are out neighbors looking out for you and me. 10 stars for this gentleman.

  I was there visiting family in El Paso. We had a Great experience. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Gus and Rachel for such a pleasant experience. They both went above and beyond our expectations. They gave us great recommendations of what to do in the city. Thank you very much, Just and Rachel.

  The gentleman that started my night by checking was very hospital.i am Housekeeping Manager so inspecting is my job so when I entered my room I was very impressed with their whites and the cleanliness of my room. The lighting in the room was great so was the bed. Than you also to the ladies checking me out this morning for taking the time to listen to me. I had a great stay.

  This motel is a newly renovated and redesigned. They did an amazing job!! The pictures you see in the photo section for this property are 100% accurate. Everything is clean and new. Floors are tile and vinyl which means a clean feel and smell. Beds are comfy with nice bedding and the A/C was super cold even on the high temp day we were there. There is a chaise lounge chair in the room which I absolutely loved and sat in as much as possible. Even though we didn't have time to swim, the pool looked clean and inviting. The space around the motel looked and felt safe. The breakfast was tasty and included eggs, bacon, country potatoes, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles (plain & blueberry), yogurt bar, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juice, and hot teas. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to El Paso. Small side note: This is a motel so the door to your room will be on the outside. If your room is on the backside/poolside, you will need to park and walk to your room. There is a narrow paved alley that you can pull into to offload your luggage but you will immediately need to move your vehicle and park in the front. The parking lot is small but we had no problem finding a spot to park our 15 passenger van at 12 am when we came back. If you are towing a trailer, you may need to park across the street in that parking lot. **About my pictures: My son got in the room before I could take pictures so the room looks messy but know that it was pristine when he arrived.
