  Worst hotel we have ever stayed at! First, they gave us a key to a room that was already occupied! We opened the door to people that were tying to sleep. After giving us another room, the room that we got had a door that didn’t lock, anybody can get in from the outside. No key card needed! I brought this to the front desk’s attention but they only replied with “We’ll have management take a look at it” but nothing was done. And to make matters worst, the shower didn’t have hot water. We ended up just leaving, good thing it was a staycation and we were mostly there for the pool.

  Those room looked nasty and felt nasty to sleep. Very few amenities. Water on the carpet, rooms looked and felt dirty, staff at checkout were terrible. I had to keep hollering for someone to check us out. She finally came from the back looking angry and cursed rolled her eyes because she looked like she had been back there sleeping and I had awaken her from her beauty rest. Floors in the room looked as though noone cleaned them. Bathroom was stinky.

  The pool was so dirty it couldn’t be used and there was no attempt to clean it. This was the only reason I picked this hotel because I am heavily pregnant and was looking forward to cool down by the pool. The rooms were fine but made loud noises. The AC woke me up throughout the night and the toilet made a loud high pitched noise every time we flushed it. The little gym area didn’t have air conditioning so it was up to 80 degrees in there in the middle of June. Hardly saw any staff around the hotel, just seemed very unkept overall and didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities which were the reason I booked this hotel at all.

  Service was ok not amazing since we walk to the hotel no one even say welcome. Rooms where just a mess in general one of the restrooms was not even restock no hand soap no lotion something that the other room i reserved had i actually don’t like to complain about a place like that but for the price its just bad, how they going to put on a paper of details of the hotel free toothpaste or toothbrush and then when we went to ask for one they wanted to charge $5, Like are u serious thats just insane. In general it was not the best👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 also having to pay to play on the pool table and for them to have the table not working perfectly

  I am here just for a weekend. First night a couple was fighting next door with a kid screaming the entire time. Found the phone in the room didn't work or isnt connected. Called the front desk to let them know it was almost 3am. 5 minutes later they were at it again apparently the front desk didn't care. The room was very warm and very outdated. The beds were comfortable.
