  Pool was disgusting - dirty, oil slicked, brown water. Would not go in it was so gross. Pool furniture had either stained or missing chair pads, other pool furniture without pads was covered in bird poop or really worn out. The rooms were beat down, old, outdated. Beds were clean and comfy. Hallways were grimy. Breakfast was great. Location was safe. Would not stay here again.

  The rooms need some major upgrading & cleaning. The first room we were put in had old animal pee. The second room we got had a scary ceiling in the bathroom from the water hitting it. The pool was the reason we came here and It was super fun. Sad it closes at 10 on the weekends… the breakfast was nice! Good amount of options. Just wish there was more fresh fruit.

  Upon check-in, we were greeted by a very pleasant young man. However, upon entering our room, we noticed the hotel is very rundown. Our bathroom door handle was broken, the faucet and the sink handle were broken. The bathroom door was too big and so scraped the ceiling when you closed it. The bottom dresser drawer was broken. The floors were filthy and had stuff all over them. The towels in the restroom were still soaking wet. Not sure if they were changed out or just re-folded and put back. Both the comforter and the sheets had black hair on them and stains. For the price we paid for the night, we expected a much nicer room.This hotel has a lot of potential but needs a lot of work!

  We stayed here with our baby, and unfortunately our experience was not what we expected. The room did not feel very clean, and there was a strange smell that made our stay uncomfortable. We expected a cleaner and fresher environment, especially when traveling with a little one. Hopefully the hotel can improve their cleanliness and maintenance.

  What sucks most is people passing by not looking at the reviews will fall for the main entrance. The rooms are the worst i ever seen I’m from El Paso and I used to live in the area. I don’t know how this place is still open. The stench of this place is un healthy. The blankets looked like they reuse them without washing. Rooms say no smoking but are full of residue from previous folks staying. Before you pay 100$ in deposit and you feel to stay check the room they are offering you better yet stay at the holiday inn across the street. This place needs to change its name cause I know best western hotels are nothing like this place. I checked in and checked out the same day.
