  I only stayed one night to get some sleep before an early morning flight. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The room was immaculately clean The shower had adequate hot water and water pressure. The bed was clean and comfortable The location in relation to the airport is unbeatable. There is free coffee available in the lobby 24/7 (at least there was when I checked in at about 8 PM and checked out at about 3:45 AM) My total bill was under $100 for the night, which is why I decided to stay there. Very reasonable in my opinion. The walls may be a little thin because I heard everything going on out in the hallway.(talking, doors closing, music and TV in the next room).

  Great place for a quick trip to El Paso. Walking distance from the airport terminal.

  This is a hidden gem. This is how a hotel should be operated and managed. The staff are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Pet friendly and some nice areas for your dogs. My wife and I aren't looking for a resort. We look for comfort and cleanliness. The tributes to the El Paso and Juarez culture is a plus also.

  Mi amiga y yo estábamos estancadas en El Paso sin lugar donde quedarnos porque Expedia y otro hotel donde habíamos reservado nos cancelaron. Este Best Western fue nuestra salvación para todo el viaje. Nos atendieron en la madrugada que llegamos, con gusto encontraron forma de darnos una habitación, tienen desayunos, todas las recepcionistas nos trataron super bien, a pesar de la demanda que tenían los hoteles ellos mantuvieron sus precios semi accesibles y no se dispararon como OTROS hoteles. Sin ellos genuinamente no sabríamos que hacer y nos hubiéramos dormido en el aeropuerto lmao. Gracias best western por su atención, amabilidad, por resolver, por sus habitaciones bonitas y cómodas, por todo! Definitivamente recomiendo quedarse aquí, son pet friendly y queda super cerca del aeropuerto, a 2 minutos caminando.

  Awful service, absurd policies — please stay away from this hotel. I’ve never encountered a property so mean and inflexible. No compassion, no flexibility. I arrived early at 12 noon and understood check‑in was at 3pm, so I asked if I could store my bag while I went for lunch. The answer: no, they don’t provide storage. First time I’ve ever heard of a hotel without this basic service. Then I asked for the Wi‑Fi password while waiting, and was told I couldn’t have it until I checked in. There are two massage chairs, but when I went at midnight the staff told me they were closed — even though the room was open and empty. The next day after check‑out, I was told I couldn’t use them because I had already checked out. I understand policies, but the attitude made customers feel unwelcome. There is no gym on site — it’s located 40 minutes away. Staff seemed unhappy and dismissive, treating customers like criminals. The location is perfect, but I will never stay here again. Because of this Best Western, I won’t stay at any Best Western properties. Truly an awful experience
