  The room itself was comfortable but the check in process was stressful. We booked through Hotels com and the hotel gave out our booked/pre-paid room away. We requested a double bed suite with sofa couch and paid in advance. We had the receipt and the information and were told that they didn't know why "Expedia" put that we could have that room and they only had King bed rooms available.As I was in line the couple in front of us booked a room for two beds. Why contract with 3 party companies if you won't honor the reservation? They would not give us a new room and said they would return our refund with no extra charges but it would take days to get it. Not helpful at all. I had called prior to arriving to add two extra people (5 total) so we could pay the difference and was told 5 could be in our double bed room. I am certain they made the mistake at the upfront desk and said it was Expedias fault. She was smerking and smiling as if the situation was not stressful for us and not getting what we booked and having to use a roll bed or a blow up bed. Not what we paid for. So if planning to book here and especially thru a third party company, make sure you have a back up plan because this location doesn't honor the reservations if they need the money and the room.

  this hotel has everything you would expect and want for staying a night didn't have time to get to try the Jacuzzi but very clean /affordable place well recommended

  Everything is amazing from the price to the room to location, except for the lady in charge of the breakfast area. I travel a lot for work so when I come down I always stay in the location but there's always an issue with that lady towards everyone getting breakfast.
