  I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this location. It's been several years since I've chosen to stay in a Best Western. Location was central to everything, check-in staff was friendly & efficient; I even got a little goody bag for being a preferred member. Room was clean & in good repair. Bar staff was friendly & attentive. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

  Travelers beware. On Saturday, June 6, 2026 I made reservations for a room at this establishment. Later in the day I arrived and was told they needed a CC on file for incidentals. This is fine and standard. I travel every week for work. The problem was that they insisted on making a photo copy of my CC in case they needed it after I left. I was also told that if I used my Cash App care for the incidentals, they required a $100 dollar deposit. Any other card there was no deposit. Very sketchy and should NEVER be allowed for anyone to make a photo of your CC. I reserved a room with a whirlpool tub. Once in the room the site I witnessed in this tub made me want to vomit. A video will be uploaded for proof. This room was horrible and had many broken items. Like I said, I travel for work so I touch all corners of Texas and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years. The condition of this room and manner in which I was treated by the front desk clerk hit the top of the list for the worst I have seen. Travelers be aware. You should avoid at all costs.

  I've been a member for a couple of years now and best western still takes care of me just fine. Fair prices and quiet rooms and good breakfast as always will bk with them.
