  This is the worst hotel I ever been...I stay for 5 days and they never cleaned my room I had to go to the front desk to ask for some towels and toilet paper...the only words the lady on front desk was I'm sorry we don't have enough people...I'm never going back again

  Rooms had its pros and cons truck parking in the back at Walmart outweigh the cons!

  Good location Clean rooms, and all employees are friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies at check in counter. Thank you for your honesty and integrity to the person(s) who turned in my device that I forgot in my room.

  Great Stay – Clean Rooms and Excellent Service!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Eastland. The entire hotel, including my room, was fresh and exceptionally clean. A special shout-out to Amanda at the front desk, who was incredibly courteous, friendly, and welcoming during my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

  At first, I was not sure how our visit was going to go. We were hoping the pool would be open for my friend’s kiddos to swim as we were visiting them, but unfortunately it was still closed. The hallways to the rooms needed to be vacuum, but happy to report the shower had awesome shower pressure and hot water! The beds were comfy too! Hotel is conveniently located next to Walmart and restaurants. Shortly after checking out of the hotel, we received a phone call from the hotel that my husband had left a couple of his shirts hanging in the closet. We greatly appreciated them calling us as they could have easily just not called and kept them. We highly recommend staying here!
