  This is the best, Best Western I have stayed at in several years. Don’t go anywhere else in Eastland to stay. They even give you a menu for breakfast for the whole week and breakfast was actually decent, I don’t know if I’ve seen any menus for breakfast anywhere, I travel for work around Texas quite a bit and I’ve rarely been to a small town where they take any pride in their hotel rooms, I was really surprised, and the room is huge. If you have to bring a family plenty of room for that.

  Great stay all around. The staff was extraordinary and did an excellent job communicating the current cell and WiFi issues in the area, which was appreciated. Very clean and comfortable with outstanding parking and easy access. We felt right at home here. Nice seeing families enjoying breakfast together in the morning too, and by the way, breakfast is on the house. Definitely recommend.

  Truck stop for people who have given up. Rooms look like they were renovated 20 years ago by the owner "who knew a guy". Checked in and sent to room where door was left ajar by cleaning crew who left an unfinished job - pee in toilet, cleaning supplied throughout bathroom, floors dirty not vacuumed, shower looked disgusting and without a curtain and some towels missing. Later during same stay- Manager, Christine Hooper, was notified that maintenance had been in my room against my wishes and explicitly told to either switch me rooms before-hand or be denied to access to my personal space without me being there. Request ignored and room was entered with DND sign on the door. Manager says it's not her problem right now and will "investigate later." Also throughout the stay many crickets and other bugs witnessed throughout the hotel including breakfast hall. Hope you like falling asleep to sweet sound of critters. Unimpressive building with even more unimpressive management.

  Customer Service was amazing. I had Ms. Amanda and she was so awesome. She was warm, inviting and full of smiles, I just loved her. Thank you so kindly.
