  Room 314. Right across from pool. Hotel is in the middle of a renovation. I'm not gonna lie, I'm not sure if my room was already renovated or not. The bed was Holiday Inn quality. I certainly slept well. The rest of the furniture was not new, but acceptable and updated within probably the last 3-4 years. There was a stool that had maybe an energy drink spilled on it. I cleaned it myself, as I didn't want it on my luggage. Closet is open storage. There is a microwave (which worked) and a very small fridge (which worked). The bathroom was clean and appeared properly stocked. The tub does have some rust staining. The shower head was fine, but couldn't tell if it was supposed to be new or not. It wasn't what I normally see in a Holiday Inn. There did not appear to be any working ice machines. The elevator smells heavily of either oil or lubricant. Again, it is under renovation. But I cannot tell if the room I was in was already considered "renovated". The pool was clear enough to get into, but it was cooler than I wanted to get into. Hot tub is currently not working. Certainly was not the worst hotel I have stayed in, but it didn't quite feel like a normal Holiday Inn. But maybe they are working on it.

  Honestly it's one of the best stays at a hotel I've had in a while. The front desk employees are so warm and helpful and even going above and beyond for our comfort. Will definitely stay here again when visiting. The only thing not in use was the hot tub. But at 100°+ outside that's ok. 😂

  El desayuno muy bien y variedad lo que no me gusto que avía muchos cabellos e el baño y la alfombra se siente pegajosa cuando caminas por la avitacion la alberca muy grande el jacuzzi sin agua y fuera de servicio

  BeWare I have PICTURES Visiting Casino. Reserved room for late arrival. Arrived around 9pm left our luggage in room and left to the casino. Upon returning at 3am, the fridge had a box of the last persons Dairy queen meal. When I checked the linen and noticed a blood stain on the bed sheet. You could tell it was a fresh stain that had Not been washed. Wall has stains. There was a white powder on TV table. Did not call front desk because of time. We were leaving early so I used my own sheets that I Always travel with. Made a report thru the website however, it's a Robot. Was told I would receive a call from a Manager from this hotel and No one has called.
