- NTNikki TMay 5, 20262.0Clean room, but several issues made the stay disappointing. The HVAC unit was extremely loud, ran continuously, and couldn't be turned off. The front desk suggested unplugging it since maintenance wasn't available, but doing so made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, so humidity lingered, and the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. There was noticeable noise from the room above late at night. The breakfast area was crowded, largely due to construction crews staying at the hotel, which made it less usable. We chose this hotel because of the brand and it's pet-free, but the overall experience didn't align with the typical standards i expect from Holiday Inn Express.
