  Great stay for un planned over night gave me a great deal and gave us few extra minutes in hot tub. Breakfast was great

  Bed was horrible felt like you were laying on springs, carpet had alot of wear stains at the door but overall clean. Shower was amazing, Town stunk like garbage and manure combo but not hotels fault Expected more from a BestWestern hotel. Was 5 min late for Breakfast and it was already all cleaned up. Beds were clean just worn out. Staff was great Check In was simple

  It's rare to find an indoor pool with the right water and room temperature, but they were fine tuned to perfection! Staff was friendly and helpful. This place was a gem after a long, hot travel day on motorcycle.

  My husband stayed here about 4 weeks ago. Now we have bed bugs in our bed. I can’t be 100% sure they came from this motel, but I’m fairly certain! He hasn’t been anywhere else and we have never experienced this before! It’s awful! Don’t stay here!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They placed us in 112. The shower had leaked a lot from the ceiling we had to put towels down and you can even see some mold on the ceiling. We asked for a refund or change. They said they only had one room left. It happened to be room next to ours 111 and it had water damage as well so we were forced to stay in the room since they would not refund our money and we drove long hours. Do not stay here. We are a military family already dealing with a move across country and the last thing we needed was for this hotel to rob us of our money and not want to help us at all. They need to be black listed with the military and I will be making a complaint so they can keep other military families from this facility.
