  Well kept hotel, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds. Huge bathroom. Hot Breakfast included eggs, sausages and potatoes.

  The front desk guys are rude (early morning & afternoon shift). And play with prices even when members Id is present.

  I forgot clothes in the room. They did not call to let me know. The next morning after my departure , my friend when to the hotel to see of they have my clothes . And .. no clothes !!!! Someone kept it…. Do not leave anytime there .. during your stay of when you leave .. Will never go back there

  Stayed here for a night for work and was pleasantly surprised. I don't usually stay at Best Westerns but this one was decent for a night. Rooms were clean and staff was nice.

  Unfortunately my issues with this hotel was after the fact of discovering I left my glasses and a garment. I was lied to by the front desk that a manager was going to reach out to me regarding my items that they clearly had. Finally a "manager" reached out to me stating that my items would be on the way. I waited for a week and nothing. I called and emailed the manager back to no avail until she finally reached me by email. I let her know what I had be told by her staff and reminded her of what she told me that my items were being sent. She then lied and said that their lost and found website was having issues and this is why my items weren't sent. She sent me a link to put in my address and I did so and sent it back. This happened in Nov 2025 , I still have not received those glasses and I couldn't care less about the dress. I even told the lady that I'm not concerned about the garment, but the glasses are prescribed. She reassured me that they would be in the mail, and she stopped responding to me after I called last time to state that I still have not received my glasses. And all the 5/5 is a lie, somebody is being paid to write reviews. Stay at your own risk......
